ജനുവരി 1 -ാാം തീയതി പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ട് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വരുന്ന തീയതിയായി ഇതിനാൽ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

(ഇത് വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാകുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ അതിന്റെ പൊതു ഉദ്ദേശ്യം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ്.)

2025 -ലെ കേരള സംഘങ്ങൾ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ആക്ടിന്റെ (2025 -ലെ 14) 1 -ാാം വകുപ്പ് (2) -ാാം ഉപവകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം 2026 ജനുവരി 1 -ാാം തീയതി പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ട് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വരുന്ന തീയതിയായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് വിജ്ഞാപനം പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കാൻ കേരള സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ലക്ഷ്യം നിറവേറ്റുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ് ഈ വിജ്ഞാപനം.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Kerala Societies Registration Act, 2025 (14 of 2025), the Government of Kerala hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2026 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) As per sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Kerala Societies Registration Act, 2025 (14 of 2025), the Government of Kerala have decided to issue notification appointing the 1 st day of January, 2026 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
