In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), the Government of Kerala hereby extend the time limit in publishing the Award as per Section 25 to the Declaration issued under subsection (1) of Section 19 as per G.O.(P) No.25/2024/RD dated 20 th January 2024 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.251 dated 20th January 2024, namely:- This is a digitally signed Gazette. As per G.O.(P) No.25/2024/RD dated 20th January 2024 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.251 dated 20th January 2024, the Declaration in accordance with the provisions of subsection (1) of Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for the acquisition of land in Peroorkada village of Thiruvananthapuram district for the development of Mannarakonam - Peroorkada Road (Reach 2) has been issued.

AND WHEREAS, the District Collector, Thiruvananthapuram has reported that as per Section 25 of LARR Act, 2013 mentions that the Collector shall make an Award within a period of 12 months from the date of issuance of 19(1) Declaration ie, the 19(1) Declaration issued as per G.O.(P) No.25/2024/RD dated 20th January 2024 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No. 251 dated 20th January 2024 and extended as per G.O.(P)No.99/2025/RD dated 14th March 2025 and published in Extra Ordinary Gazette No.1029 dated 18th March 2025 and G.O.(P) No.292/2025/RD dated 12th August 2025 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.2945 dated 13 th August 2025 expires on 19/01/2026, and therefore requested to extend the time limit in publishing the Award.

NOW THEREFORE, sanction is accorded to extend the time limit in publishing the Award for a further period of six months from the date of expiry of the 19(1) Declaration ie, 19/01/2026 by invoking the provisions contained in Section 25 of the LARR Act, 2013 for the acquisition of land in Peroorkada village of Thiruvananthapuram district for the development of Mannarakonam - Peroorkada Road (Reach 2).

G.O.(P) No.25/2024/RD dated 20th January 2024 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.251 dated 20th January 2024, has been issued in accordance with the provisions of subsection (1) of section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for the acquisition of land in Peroorkada village of Thiruvananthapuram district for the development of Mannarakonam - Peroorkada Road (Reach 2). The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
