(അ) നമ്പര്‍ 108/2022/ധനം ആയി പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചത്ും 2022 സെറ്രംബര്‍ 17-ാം ത്ീയത്ിയിലെ 3162-ാം നമ്പര്‍ കേരള അസാധാരണ ഗസറി്‍െ എസ്. ആര്‍. ഒ. നമ്പര്‍ 892/2022 ആയി പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തിയത്ുമായ വിജ്ഞാപനം അത്ിലംഘിച്ചുകൊണ്ും കേരള സര്‍ാേര്‍, ത്ാചെപ്പറയുന്ന അംഗങ്ങളെ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തി പൊത്ുലെലവ് പുനഃപരി ോധനാ കമ്മിറി എന്ന പേരി്‍െ ഒരു കമ്മിറിയെ ഇത്ിനാ്‍െ നിയമിുേന്നു, അത്ായത്്:—

2005-ലെ കേരള ധനസംബന്ധമായ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ 8-ാം ചട്ടം (1)-ാം ഉപലട്ടപ്പകാരം ന്‍െകപ്പെട്ട അധികാരങ്ങള്‍ വിനിയോഗിച്ചുകൊണ്് പ്പൊഫ. കെ. ലെ. ലോസഫിനെ പൊത്ു ലെലവ് പുനഃപരി ോധനാ കമ്മിറിയുടെ അദ്ധ്യ്േഷനായി കേരള സര്‍ാേര്‍ ഇത്ിനാ്‍െ നിയമിുേന്നു.

2022 സെറ്രംബര്‍ 16-ാം ത്ീയത്ിയിലെ സ. ഉ. (അ) നമ്പര്‍ 108/2022/ധനം പ്രകാരം എസ്. ആര്‍. ഒ. നമ്പര്‍ 892/2022 ആയി 2022 സെറ്രംബര്‍ 17-ാം ത്ീയത്ിയിലെ 3162-ാം നമ്പര്‍ കേരള അസാധാരണ ഗസറി്‍െ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച വിജ്ഞാപനപ്പകാരം നിയമിച്ച പൊത്ുലെലവ് പുനഃപരി ോധനാ കമ്മിറിയുടെ കാലാവധി 2025 സെറ്രംബര്‍ 16-ാം ത്ീയത്ി അവസാനിച്ചു. ആകയാ്‍െ, 2003-ലെ കേരള ധനസംബന്ധമായ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വ ആക്റിലെ (2003-ലെ 29) 6-ാം വകുപ്പി്‍െ വയവസ്ഥ ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രകാരം ഒരു കമ്മിറിയെ നിയമിുേവാന്‍സ്റ് സര്‍ാേര്‍ ത്ീരുമാനിച്ചു.
മേ്‍െപ്രറഞ്ഞ ഉകേ യം നിറവേറുന്നത്ിനുവേണ്ിയുള്ളത്ാണ് ഈ വിജ്ഞാപനം.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Kerala Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003 (29 of 2003), and in supersession of the notification issued under G. O. (P) No. 108/2022/Fin. dated 16th September, 2022 and published as S. R. O. No. 892/2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3162 dated 17th September, 2022, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint a Committee called Public Expenditure Review Committee consisting of the following members, namely:—
.. Member 1. Prof. K. J. Joseph,
Director, Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
2. Dr. P. L. Beena,
.. Member Professor, Centre for Development Studies, Prasanth Nagar, Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
3. Shri Siddik Rabiyath,
.. Member Director, Inter University Centre for Alternative Economics and Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, University of Kerala, Kariavattom Campus, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
4. Dr. Syam Prasad,
.. Member Assistant Professor, School of Economics, Central University of Kerala.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Kerala Fiscal Responsibility Rules, 2005, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Prof. K. J. Joseph as the Chairman of the Public Expenditure Review Committee.

5Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) The term of the Public Expenditure Review Committee, appointed as per Notification issued under G. O. (P) No. 108/2022/Fin. dated 16th September, 2022 and published as S.R.O. No. 892/2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3162 dated 17th September, 2022, expired on the 16th day of September, 2025. Therefore, the Government have decided to appoint a Committee as provided in section 6 of the Kerala Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003 (29 of 2003).
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
