1969-ലെെ കേേരള കേളള്ള് വവ്യവസക്കായ തെക്കാഴവിചെക്കാളവി ്േേഷകമനവിധവി ആകേള്ള്റവിലെെ (1969-ലെെ 22) 5-ാക്കാന വകേുേപള്ള് (1)-ാക്കാന ഉപവകേുേപള്ള് പപകേക്കാരന ന്‍െകേപെട്ട അധവികേക്കാരങ്ങള വവിനവിയേക്കാഗവിചുേകെേക്കാണള്ള് 1969-ലെെ കേേരള കേളള്ള് വവ്യവസക്കായ തെക്കാഴവിചെക്കാളവി ്േേഷകമനവിധവി പദ്ധതവി വവീണുേന ഭേകദഗതവി ചെലയുേന്നതവിനക്കായവി കേേരള സർക്കോർ, ഇതവിനക്കാ്‍െ തക്കാഴെപറയുേന പപകേക്കാരന പദ്ധതവി ഉണക്കാുേേന്നുേ, അതക്കായതള്ള് :-
2പദ്ധതഴി
1. ചലുേരുേപേേരുേന പപക്കാരനഭകവുേന.- (1) ഈ പദ്ധതവിയള്ള്ള്ളേ് 2025-ലെെ കേേരള കേളള്ള് വവ്യവസക്കായ തെക്കാഴവിചെക്കാളവി ്േേഷകമനവിധവി (ഭേകദഗതവി) പദ്ധതവി എന്നള്ള് പേരള്ള് പറയക്കാന.
(2) ഇതള്ള് ഉടന്‍ പപക്കാബലെവ്യതവി്‍െ വരുേന്നതക്കാണള്ള് .
2. പദ്ധതവിയുേടെ ഭേകദഗതവി
.- 1969-ലെെ കേേരള കേളള്ള് വവ്യവസക്കായ തെക്കാഴവിചെക്കാളവി ്േേഷകമനവിധവി പദ്ധതവിയവി്‍െ,- (1) 33(എ) -ാക്കാന ഖണവികേയവി്‍െ,
( ) i നവിലെവവിലെെ വവ്യവസ്ഥയള്ള്ള്ളേ് മുേമ്പക്കായവി "(1)" എന്ന പബക്കാറേുേന അവേുേന ചേലർണേേതക്കാണള്ള് ;
( ) ii അപപകേക്കാരന അമേവിട്ട (1)-ാക്കാന ഉപഖണവികേയള്ള് ശേകഷന തക്കാഴെ പറയുേന്ന ഉപഖണവികേ ചേലർണേേതക്കാണള്ള് , അതക്കായതള്ള് :-
"(2) (1) -ാക്കാന ഉപഖണവികേ പപകേക്കാരമക്കൊതെ സസൂപർ ആനുേവേഷന്‍ മുേന്‍പള്ള് സസ്വയന പവിരവിയുേകേയേക്കാ അങെെവി്‍െ മറുേകേക്കാരണങ്ങളക്കാ്‍െ സ്വേനതവി്‍െനവിന്നുേന വവിരമവിുേേകേയേക്കാ ചെലയള്ള്ത 55 വയസ്വി്‍െ തക്കാഴെ പപക്കായമുേള ചെലതള്ള് തെക്കാഴവിചെക്കാളവിള്ളേ് , അദേ്ദകഹന തെക്കാഴവിലെവി്‍െ പുേന:പപവേശകനന ആപഗഹവിുേേന്നപ്േഷകന, ചെലതുേതെക്കാഴവിചെക്കാളവിയക്കായവി പുേന:പപവേശകനന ന്‍െകേവി രജവിസള്ള്ടേഷന്‍ അനുേവദവിക്കോവുേന്നതക്കാണള്ള് :
എന്നക്കാ്‍െ, ഒരുേ തെക്കാഴവിചെക്കാളവിയള്ള്ള്ളേ് അപപകേക്കാരമുേള പുേന:പപവേശകനന സർവവീസ്വി്‍െ ഒരുേ തവണ മക്കാപതമേ അനുേവദവിയള്ള്ുേേവക്കാന്‍ പക്കാടുേളുേ."
(2) 60-ാക്കാന ഖണവികേയവിലെെ (1)-ാക്കാന ഉപഖണവികേയവിലെെ (ഇ) ഇനതവി്‍െ ഖണവികേയവിലെെ "മറള്ള് ഏതെങവിചെുേന നവിയമപപകേക്കാരന" എന്ന വക്കാുേേകേളള്ളേ് പകേരന "മറേതെങവിചെുേന നവിയമപപകേക്കാരമേക്കാ അങെെവി്‍െ രേക്കാഗന മസൂചെമക്കൊതെ സസ്വയന പവിരവിയുേകേയേക്കാ അങെെവി്‍െ മറുേ കേക്കാരണങ്ങളക്കാബ്ലേചക്കാ" എന്ന വക്കാുേേകേള ചേലർണേേതക്കാണള്ള് .

(ഇതള്ള് വവിജക്കാപനതവിനെ്റല ഭകക്കാഗമക്കാകേുേന്നത.െ എന്നക്കാ്‍െ അതവിനെ്റല പെക്കാതുേ ഉദേ്ദകശകവ്യന വെളവിപെടുേതുേന്നതവിനള്ള് ഉദേ്ദകശകവിചുേ കെേക്കാണുേളതക്കാണള്ള് .)
പരമ്പരക്കാഗത തെക്കാഴവിചെക്കായ ചെലതള്ള് തെക്കാഴവിലെവിബ്ലേചയള്ള്ള്ളേ് കേടന്നള്ള് വരുേന്നതവിനള്ള് യുേവതചെമുേറയള്ള്ള്ളേ് തക്കാല്പരവ്യന ഇക്കൊതതുേ മസൂചെന ചെലതള്ള് തെക്കാഴവി്‍െ മേഖലെ പപതവിസനവി നേരവിട്ടുേകെേക്കാണവിരവിുേേന്ന സമയമക്കായതവിനക്കാ്‍െ കേളള്ള് വവ്യവസക്കായന നവിചെനവിന്നള്ള് പേക്കാകേുേന്നതവിനള്ള് ചെലതള്ള് തെക്കാഴവിലെവിബ്ലേചയള്ള്ള്ളേ് ആളുേകേളെ ആകേർഷവിണേേതുേണള്ള് .
3ആയതവിനക്കാ്‍െ, ചെലതുേതെക്കാഴവിലെവി്‍െ നവിന്നുേന സസ്വയമേക്കാ മറള്ള് കേക്കാരണങ്ങളക്കാബ്ലേചക്കാ പവിരവിഞുേപേക്കായ തെക്കാഴവിചെക്കാളവികേളെ തെക്കാഴവിലെവി്‍െ പുേന:പപവേശകവിപവിുേേന്നതവിനക്കായവി 1969-ലെെ കേേരള കേളള്ള് വവ്യവസക്കായ തെക്കാഴവിചെക്കാളവി ്േേഷകമനവിധവി പദ്ധതവിയവി്‍െ അനുേയേക്കാജവ്യമക്കായ ഭേകദഗതവി വരുേതുേവക്കാന്‍ സർക്കോർ തവീരുേമക്കാനവിചുേ.
മേ്‍െപറഞ ചെ്േഷകവ്യന നവിറവേറുേന്നതവിനള്ള് ഉദേ്ദകശകവിചുേകെേക്കാണുേളതക്കാണള്ള് ഈ വവിജക്കാപനന.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1969 ( 22 of 1969), the Government of Kerala, hereby make the following scheme further to amend the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Scheme,1969, namely:-
SCHEME
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This scheme may be called the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Scheme, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of Scheme.- In the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Scheme, 1969,- (1) in paragraph 33A,-
(i) before the existing provision the bracket and figure "(1)" Shall be inserted;
(ii) after sub-paragraph (1) so numbered, the following sub-paragraph shall be added, namely:-
"(2) Except as provided in sub-paragraph (1), a member below the age of 55 years leaves from the employment voluntary or relieves for other reasons before superannuation, if he desires re-entry in the employment, may be allowed re-entry as a member and grant registration:
Provided that such re-entry of a member shall be allowed only once in the service." (2) in item (E) of paragraph (1) of paragraph 60, after the words, "any other law" the words "or voluntary leaves or for other reasons, other than illness" shall be inserted.

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)
5As the toddy tapping sector is facing crisis due to the lack of interest of the young generation to enter the traditional toddy tapping, in order to sustain the toddy industry, it is necessary to attract people to the toddy tapping. Hence, the Government have decided to make suitable amendment in the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Scheme, 1969, for readmitting the employee who have left toddy tapping voluntarily or by other reasons.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
