2ORDER
The draft seniority list of Superintendenting Engineers in the Local Self Government Department was published by the Principal Director, LSGD, inviting objections, if any, vide notice read as 1st paper above. The Principal Director has duly considered and addressed the objections submitted by the incumbents and, as per the letter read as 2 nd paper above, has forwarded the draft seniority list for finalization.
Government have examined the matter in detail and find that the Principal Director, LSGD, has followed all procedures before finalizing the seniority list. Hence Government are pleased to approve the modified Final Seniority List in the cadre of Superintending Engineers of the LSGD Engineering Wing, prepared as on 31.12.2023, excluding those who have retired or were promoted up to 01.12.2025, as appended to this order, and order to publish the same.
