നമ്പർ: DR2-3/1/2025-KPSC തിരുവനന്തപുരം, 2025 ഡിസംബർ 03 ഭിന്നകശേഷി വിഭാഗക്കാർ അകപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ അർഹരല്ല;െന്ന വികശേഷാൽ ചട്ടത്തില്ലലെ വ്യവസ്ഥയ്ക്ക് എതിരായി 17/10/2024-ല്ലലെ G.O.(P)No.13/2024/SJD പ്ര(cid:4)ാരം ഡ്രOൈവർ കPേഡ് II തസ്തി(cid:4) 4% ഭിന്നകശേഷി സംവരണത്തിന് ഐഡന്റിഡ്രഫൈ ല്ലചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതിനാൽ 17.06.2025 തീയതിയില്ലലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റിൽ (cid:4)ാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 172/2025 & 173/2025 ആയി പ്രസിദ്ധല്ലbെടുത്തിയ വിവിധ വകുപ്പു(cid:4)ളില്ലലെ ഡ്രOൈവർ കPേഡ് II (LDV) ഡ്രOൈവർ (cid:4)ം ഓഫീസ് അറ്റൻഡന്റ് (LDV) ഒന്നാം എൻ.സി.എ.- ലാറ്റിൻ (cid:4)ാത്തലി(cid:4)്/ ആംകjോ ഇൻഡ്യൻ (മലപ്പുറം ജി;), ഒന്നാം എൻ.സി.എ.- മുസ്ലീം (വയനാട് ജി;) തസ്തി(cid:4)(cid:4)ളുല്ലടെ ല്ലതെരല്ലrെടുb് വിജ്ഞാപനത്തില്ലലെ ഇനം 7 (iv)-നു താല്ലvെ കുറിb് (1) ആയി കചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ള "ഈ തസ്തി(cid:4)യികലേയ്ക്ക് അകപേക്ഷ സമർbിക്കുന്ന ഭിന്നകശേഷിക്കാരായ ഉക{്യോഗാർത്ഥി(cid:4)ളിൽ 17.10.2024 തീയതിയില്ലലെ G.O(P)No.13/2024/SJD നമ്പർ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്ര(cid:4)ാരം ഈ തസ്തി(cid:4)യ്ക്ക് ഭിന്നകശേഷി സംവരണത്തിന് അനുകയോജ്യമായി (cid:4)ല്ല}െത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ASD(M,MoD), ID(M), SLD എന്നീ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽല്ലbെട്ടവല്ലരെ മാത്രകമേ പരിഗണിക്കു(cid:4)യുള്ളൂ. മറ്റു ഭിന്നകശേഷി വിഭാഗത്തിൽല്ലbെട്ട ഉക{്യോഗാർത്ഥി(cid:4)ളുല്ലടെ അകപേക്ഷ(cid:4)ള്‍ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് " എന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥ നീക്കം ല്ലചെയ്തുല്ല(െcid:4)ാണ്ടും പ(cid:4)രം താല്ലvെbറയുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥ ഉള്‍ല്ലbെടുത്തില്ലക്കൊണ്ടും ഇതിനാൽ വിജ്ഞാപനം ല്ലചെയ്യുന്നു.

ERRATUM/ADDENDUM NOTIFICATION
No. DR2-3/1/2025-KPSC Thiruvananthapuram, 03rd December 2025 It is hereby notified that , since the post of Driver Gr II has been identified for 4% DA reservation vide G.O.(P)No.13/2024/SJD dated 17/10/2024 against the provision of the special rules that differently abled persons are not eligible to apply for the post, the clause "From among the Differently Abled candidates applying for the post only those Differently abled candidates belonging to ASD(M,MoD), ID(M), SLD categories which are identified for 4% reservation for the said post as per G.O(P)No.13/2024/SJD dated 17.10.2024 will be considered for selection, applications of candidates belonging to other differently abled categories will be summarily rejected " given as Note (1) under item 7(iv) in the notification for selection to the posts of Driver Gr II (LDV) Driver Cum Office Attendant (LDV) 1st NCA – Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian (Malappuram District) and 1st NCA – Muslim (Wayanad District) in Various departments published in the Gazette dated 17.06.2025 as Category numbers 172/2025 and 173/2025, is deleted and instead the following clause is added.
"Differently abled candidates are not eligible to apply for the post"
The aforesaid notification stands modified to the above extent. All other conditions of the notification remain unchanged.

II has been identified for 4% DA reservation vide G.O.(P)No.13/2024/SJD dated 17/10/2024 against the provision of the special rules that differently abled persons are not eligible to apply for the post, the clause "From among the Differently Abled candidates applying for the post only those Differently abled candidates belonging to ASD(M,MoD), ID(M), SLD categories which are identified for 4% reservation for the said post as per G.O(P)No.13/2024/SJD dated 17.10.2024 will be considered for selection, applications of candidates belonging to other differently abled categories will be summarily rejected" given as Note (1) under item 7(iv) in the notification for selection to the post of Driver Gr II (HDV) Driver Cum Office Attendant (HDV) 1st NCA – Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava (Kottayam District) in Various departments (Except NCC, Tourism, Excise, Police, SWD and Transport) published in the Gazette dated 31.07.2025 as Category number 263/2025 is deleted and instead the following clause is added.
"Differently abled candidates are not eligible to apply for the post"

1.Notification published for Assistant Professor in Radiodiagnosis (I NCA- LC/AI) (Cat.no.297/2025) in Medical Education Department in the Gazette dated 30.08.2025 2. Hon.Commission Decision No.6 dated 13.10.2025
Applications had been invited for selection to the post of Assistant Professor in Radiodiagnosis (I NCA-LC/AI) in Medical Education Department vide Cat.no.297/2025 in the Gazette Notification published on 30.08.2025 fixing 03.10.2025 as the last date for receipt of applications.
The National Medical Commission published new Regulations fixing Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions 2025 [Medical Institutions (Qualification of Faculty) Regulations 2025] vide notification dated 30.06.2025. The Notification for the post of Assistant Professor in Radiodiagnosis (I NCA-LC/AI) (Cat.no.297/2025) in Medical Education Department is modified as follows in tune with the new NMC Regulations.
Qualifications:-
2. One Year Experience as Senior Resident in Radiodiagnosis in a Recognized medical College after acquiring Post Graduate Degree. Note:
a.The Experience gained by a Tutor in a Medical Institution in the concerned subject having a Post Graduate Degree, shall be considered equivalent to the Experience required as a Senior Resident.
15b.The Experience gained by a Demonstrator in a medical institution in the concerned subject having a MSc and Ph.D Degree, shall be considered equivalent to the Experience required as a Senior Resident.
OR c. Specialist Medical Officers of the armed forces having at least One year Teaching Experience or two years of Clinical Experience after obtaining Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject.
OR
d. A non-teaching Consultant or Specialist or Medical Officer, possessing Post Graduate Medical Degree in the concerned subject with at least 2 Years of Experience in a Government Hospital having at least 220 beds shall be eligible to become an Assistant Professor in the concerned subject without the requirement of experience as Senior Resident and shall complete the Basic Course in Biomedical Research within two years of appointment.
OR e. Diploma holders appointed as Senior Residents in a recognised Medical institution before 08.06.2017 having total experience of 4 Years as Senior resident in the concerned subject.
OR f. Diploma holders working as Specialist or Medical Officer in the concerned subject of a government medical institution or Government medical institution running National Board of Examination and Medical Science recognised teaching programme having cumulative experience of 6 Years.
Eligible Candidates as per above stated condition and are qualified as per Category Number 297/2025 only can submit Online application through One Time Registration from 06.01.2026 to 20.01.2026 up to midnight.
The aforesaid notification stands modified to the above extent and all the other conditions of the notification remain unchanged.

Ref:- 1.Notification published for Assistant Professor in Radiodiagnosis (I NCA-V) (Cat.no.298/2025) in Medical Education Department in the Gazette dated 30.08.2025 2. Hon.Commission Decision No.6 dated 13.10.2025
Applications had been invited for selection to the post of Assistant Professor in Radiodiagnosis (I NCA-V) in Medical Education Department vide Cat.no.298/2025 in the Gazette Notification published on 30.08.2025 fixing 03.10.2025 as the last date for receipt of applications.
The National Medical Commission published new Regulations fixing Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions 2025 [Medical Institutions (Qualification of Faculty) Regulations 2025] vide notification dated 30.06.2025. The Notification for the post of Assistant Professor in Radiodiagnosis (I NCA-V) (Cat.no.298/2025) in Medical Education Department is modified as follows in tune with the new NMC Regulations.
Qualifications:-
2. One Year Experience as Senior Resident in Radiodiagnosis in a Recognized medical College after acquiring Post Graduate Degree. Note:
a.The Experience gained by a Tutor in a Medical Institution in the concerned subject having a Post Graduate Degree, shall be considered equivalent to the Experience required as a Senior Resident.
b.The Experience gained by a Demonstrator in a medical institution in the concerned subject having a MSc and Ph.D Degree, shall be considered equivalent to the Experience required as a Senior Resident.
19OR c. Specialist Medical Officers of the armed forces having at least One year Teaching Experience or two years of Clinical Experience after obtaining Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject.
OR
d. A non-teaching Consultant or Specialist or Medical Officer, possessing Post Graduate Medical Degree in the concerned subject with at least 2 Years of Experience in a Government Hospital having at least 220 beds shall be eligible to become an Assistant Professor in the concerned subject without the requirement of experience as Senior Resident and shall complete the Basic Course in Biomedical Research within two years of appointment.
OR e. Diploma holders appointed as Senior Residents in a recognised Medical institution before 08.06.2017 having total experience of 4 Years as Senior resident in the concerned subject.
OR f. Diploma holders working as Specialist or Medical Officer in the concerned subject of a government medical institution or Government medical institution running National Board of Examination and Medical Science recognised teaching programme having cumulative experience of 6 Years.
Eligible Candidates as per above stated condition and are qualified as per Category Number 298/2025 only can submit Online application through One Time Registration from 06.01.2026 to 20.01.2026 up to midnight.
The aforesaid notification stands modified to the above extent and all the other conditions of the notification remain unchanged.
