In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) (g) of section 9 and sub section (1) of section 10 of the Kerala Ration Dealers Welfare Fund Act, 1998 (16 of 1998), the Government of Kerala hereby nominate the following four persons for a period of three years as Members representing the Ration Dealers in the Kerala Ration Dealers Welfare Fund Managing Committee, reconstituted as per notification issued under G.O. (P) No. 20/2012/F&CSD datedThis is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/

20th July, 2012 and published as S.R.O No. 535/2012 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.1590 dated 25th July, 2012 and consequently make the following further amendment to the said notification, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, under the heading "Members representing the Ration Dealers" for the entries against serial number 7, 8, 9 and 10, the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:-

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but it is intended to indicate its general purport.) Government have reconstituted the Kerala Ration Dealers Welfare Managing Committee vide notification issued under G O (P) No.20/2012/F&CSD dated 20 th July, 2012 and published as S.R.O. No.535/2012 in the Kerala Gazette Extra Ordinary No.1590 dated 25th July, 2012. The term of the office of the members representing ration dealers notified as per S.R.O. No.856/2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.2983 dated 1st September2022 expired on 25th August 2025, the Government have decided to nominate the members representing the ration dealers for a period of three years in the Kerala Ration Dealers Welfare Managing Committee under Kerala Ration Dealers Welfare Fund Act,1998 (16 of 1998).

The Notification is intended to achieve the above object.
