2 ExtensionAs per Proceedings No.K5/252904/20 dated 23rd December 2023 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.4210 dated 28th December 2023, the Declaration in accordance with the provisions of subsection (1) of Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 with regard to the acquisition of the land in Manacaud and Thiruvallom villages for construction of Pallathukadavu bridge and its approach road has been issued.
AND WHEREAS, the District Collector, Thiruvananthapuram has reported that as per Section 25 of LARR Act, 2013 mentions that the Collector shall make an Award within a period of 12 months from the date of issuance of 19(1) Declaration ie, the 19(1) Declaration issued as per Proceedings No.K5/252904/20 dated 23rd December 2023 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.4210 dated 28th December 2023 and extended as per G.O.(P)No.340/2024/RD dated 31st December 2024 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.114 dated 13 th January 2025 and G.O.(P) No.237/2025/RD dated 2nd July 2025 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.2474 dated 3rd July 2025 expired on 27/12/2025, and therefore requested to extend the time limit in publishing the Award.
NOW THEREFORE, sanction is accorded to extend the time limit in publishing the Award for a further period of six months from the date of expiry of the 19(1) Declaration ie, 27/12/2025 by invoking the provisions contained in Section 25 of the LARR Act, 2013 with regard to the acquisition of the land in Manacaud and Thiruvallom villages for construction of Pallathukadavu bridge and its approach road.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
