602 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Kasaragod District VellarikunduTaluk NOTICE No: 105901678 12-11-2025Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that GEORGE V M VALIYAKALAYIL PALAKKUNNU MANDAPAM P O KASARAGOD DIST 671326, Beemanady Village, Vellarikundu Taluk of Kasaragod District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before VARIOUS PURPOSE in respect of the legal heirs of late KENILS GEORGE VALIYAKALAYIL PALAKKUNNU MANDAPAM P O KASARAGOD DIST 671326 who expired on 17-07-2025 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late KENILS GEORGE. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant .
Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Vellarikundu within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
