നമ്പർ 38/2025/ഡി.എം.എച്ച്.പി/റ്റിവിപിഎം.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടിയുടെ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ ക്ലിനിക്കുകൾ, ക്യാമ്പുകൾ, ബോധവത്കരണ ക്ലാസുകൾ, പരിശീലന പരിപാടികൾ എന്നിവ നടത്തുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വ≠ി വാടകയ്ക്കെടുക്കുന്നതിലേക്കായി ടൂറിസ്റ്റ് പെർമിറ്റ് ഉള്ള സ്വകാര്യ വാഹന ഉടമകളിൽ നിന്ന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. വാഹനത്തിന്റെ വിശദവിവരം താഴെകൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
1. അഞ്ചുപേർക്ക് ഇരിക്കാവുന്നത്, എയർ ക≠ീഷന്റ ്, സെഡാൻ ടൈപ്പ്.
2. 2021-നോ അതിനു ശേഷമോ നിർമ്മിച്ചതായിരിക്കണം.
3. നല്ല റണ്ണിംഗ് ക≠ിഷനിൽ ഉള്ളതായിരിക്കണം.
അടങ്കൽ തുക—` 4,20,000. നിരതദ്രവ്യം— 1%. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില (` 1,00,000-ന് മുകളിൽ ` 10,00,000 വരെ)
അസ്സൽ—` 1,000 + മൂ. വ. നി. (13.5%). പകർപ്പ്—` 600 + മൂ. വ. നി. (13.5%).
ദർഘാസ് വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—13-1-2026, 3 മണി.
ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—14-1-2026, 3 മണി.
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—15-1-2026, 3 മണി.
ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ടെൻഡർ നമ്പർ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി 'ജില്ലാ നോഡൽ ഓഫീസർ, മാനസികാരോഗ്യപരിപാടി, തിരുവനന്തപുരം' എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കണം. സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 15-1-2026(വ്യാഴം), വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ വില 'ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടി, മാനസികാരോഗ്യകേന്ദ്രം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം'-ന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 11 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ച് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരിച്ചുനൽകുന്നതല്ല. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെൻഡറിനോടൊപ്പം ഒരു ശതമാനത്തിൽ കുറയാത്ത നിരതദ്രവ്യം 'ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടി, മാനസികാരോഗ്യകേന്ദ്രം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം'- ന്റെ പേരിലെടുത്ത ഡിമാൻഡ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടിയ്ക്ക് യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ തന്നെ ഏതൊരു ഓഫറും നിരസിക്കാൻ അവകാശമു≠്.
ടെൻഡറിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള പ്രത്യേക നിബന്ധനകളും വിശദാംശങ്ങളും ഫോറത്തി നോടൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡേഴ്സ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ്, ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, ബാങ്കേഴ്സ് ചെക്ക് എന്നിവ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Sealed tenders are invited from vehicle owners (Vehicle with Tourist permit) for the hiring of vehicle on contract for District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram for conducting mental health clinics, awareness classes, camps and training programmes at different places in Thiruvananthapuram district. The specification of the vehicle is as given below.
1. 5 seater A/c, Sedan type
2. Make 2021 and above
3. In good running condition
Probable Amount of Contract—` 4,20,000.
Earnest Money Deposit—1%.
Cost of tender form (Above ` 1,00,000 up to ` 10,00,000):
Original—` 1,000 + VAT (13.5%).
Duplicate—` 600 + VAT (13.5%).
Last date and time of sale of tender form—13-1-2026 (Tuesday), 3 p. m.
Last date and time of receipt of tender form—14-1-2026 (Wednesday), 3 p. m.
Date of opening—15-1-2026 (Thursday), 3 p. m.
Tender forms will be obtained from the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) on payment of cash during 11 a. m. to 3 p. m. at DMHP Office.
Tender No. and date should be superscribed on such envelope and addressed to the District Nodal Officer, Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Cost of tender form will not be returned under any circumstances. Tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "District Nodal Officer, Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram", which should not be less than one percent of the price quoted. The undersigned has the right to reject any offer without assigning reason thereof.
Special terms and conditions of the tenders shall be obtained with the tender form on working days. Postal Orders, Postal Stamps, Bank Drafts, Banker's Cheques will not be accepted towards the cost of tenders.
