തോഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമിഴയ സംബന്ധിച്ച് 2013-ഴെ ഭൂമി ഏഴെടുക്കെിൽ നയോയമോയ നഷ്ടപരിഹോരത്തിനം സുതോരയതയ്ക്കം പുനരധിവോസത്തിനം പുന:സ്ഥോപനത്തിനമുള്ള അവകോശ ആക്ട് (ഫകന്ദ്ര ആക്ട് 30/2013) വകുപ്പ് 11 ഉപവകുപ്പ് 1 പ്രകോരമുള്ള വിജ്ഞോപനം 14.07.2025 തീയതിയിഴെ 2596 നമ്പർ ഫകരള അസോധോരണ ഗസെിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതിനോലം; 2013-ഴെ ഭൂമി ഏഴെടുക്കെിൽ നയോയമോയ നഷ്ടപരിഹോരത്തിനം സുതോരയതയ്ക്കം പുനരധിവോസത്തിനം പുന:സ്ഥോപനത്തിനമുള്ള അവകോശ ആക്ട് (ഫകന്ദ്ര ആക്ട് 30/2013) വകുപ്പ് 15 ഉപവകുപ്പ് 1 പ്രകോരം തോഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമി ഒരു ഴപോതുകോരയത്തിനോയി പരിഗണിച്ച് ഴപോന്നംവിെയ്ക്ക് ഏഴെടുഫക്കണ്ടതോഴണന്ന് സ്ഥെഴമടുപ്പ് ഓ ീസർ തയ്യോറോക്കിയ റിഫപ്പോർട്ട് പരിഗണിച്ച് സമുചിത സർക്കോരിന് ഫബോധയഴപ്പട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതിനോലം;
2ഇഫപ്പോൾ, അതിനോൽ, പ്രസ്തുത നിയമത്തിഴെ വകുപ്പ് 19 പ്രകോരം തോഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ഏകഫേശം 0.0959 ഴഹക്ടർ അഴെങ്കിൽ, അതിൽ അൽപ്പം കൂടുതഫെോ, കുറഫവോ വിസ്തീർണ്ണം വരുന്ന സ്ഥെം ഒരു ഴപോതു ആവശയത്തിന്, അതോയത്, ഴകോച്ചി ഴമഫരോ ഴറയിൽ ഴപ്രോജക്ടിനഫവണ്ടി ഴചമ്പുമുക്ക് (RHS) ഴമഫരോ ഫേഷൻ നിർമ്മോണത്തിന് ആവശയമുഴണ്ടന്ന് സമുചിത സർക്കോർ ഇതിനോൽ പ്രഖ്യോപിക്കുകയം പ്രസ്തുത ഭൂമി ഴപോന്നം വിെഴയ്ക്കടുക്കുന്നതിന് ഴെഷയൽ തഹസിൽേോർ (എൽ.എ.) നമ്പർ.1, ഴകോച്ചി ഴമഫരോ ഴറയിൽ ഴപ്രോജക്ട്, സിവിൽ ഫേഷൻ, കോക്കനോട് എന്നയോഫളോട് നിർഫേശിക്കുകയം ഴചയ്യുന്ന;
സ്ഥെത്തിഴെ ഒരു രൂപഫരഖ് ഴെഷയൽ തഹസിൽേോർ (എൽ.എ.) നമ്പർ.1, ഴകോച്ചി ഴമഫരോ ഴറയിൽ ഴപ്രോജക്ട്, സിവിൽ ഫേഷൻ, കോക്കനോട് ഓ ീസിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ഓ ീസ് സമയത്ത് എഫപ്പോൾ ഫവണഴമങ്കിലം അത് പരിഫശോധിക്കോവുന്നതോണ്.

DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 19(1) OF THE ACT
No.C12 -1194/2024(3) 2025 December 08.
WHEREAS, under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, Notification in Kerala Extra Ordinary Gazette No.2596 dated 14.07.2025 in respect of the land specified in the schedule below has been published;
AND WHEREAS, the appropriate Government is satisfied after considering the report made by the Collector under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, that the land specified in the schedule below has to be acquired for a public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Appropriate Government hereby declares under Section 19 of the Act, that the land specified in the Schedule below and measuring 0.0959 hectares to be the same, a little more or less, is needed for a public purpose to wit for the construction of Chembumukku (RHS) Metro Rail Station of Kochi Metro Rail Project Phase II and direct the Special Tahsildar (L.A.) No.1, Kochi Metro Rail Project, Civil Station, Kakkanad to take order for the acquisition of the land;
A plan of the land is kept in the Office of the Special Tahsildar (L.A.) No.1, Kochi Metro Rail Project, Civil Station, Kakkanad and may be inspected at any time during office hours.
