3Notification under Section 13 of Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 ADKSGD/9/2026-D1 7th January, 2026.
1. It is hereby notified under Section 13 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 (Act 37 of 1961) that the Digital Survey in the following areas of the Bekkur Village in the Manjeswaram Taluk of Kasaragod District has been completed.
2. These survey records shall serve as indisputable evidence that the boundaries therein determined and recorded have been accurately and correctly established unless amended under the provisions of Sections 13A and 14 of the said Act.
