2025-ലെ കേരള സംഘങ്ങൾ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ആക്ടിന്റെ (2025-ലെ 14) 2-ാാം വകുപ്പ് (ജെ) ഖണ്ഡം പ്രകാരം നൽകപ്പെട്ട അധികാരങ്ങൾ വിനിയോഗിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് , കേരള സർക്കാർ,
2ഓരോ ജില്ലയിലെയും ജില്ലാ രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-നെ ഈ ആക്റ്റിന് കീഴിൽ അതത് ജില്ലയുടെ രജിസ്ട്രാറായി ഇതിനാൽ നിയമിക്കുന്നു.

(ഇത് വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാകുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ അതിന്റെ പൊതു ഉദ്ദേശ്യം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ്.)
2025-ലെ കേരള സംഘങ്ങൾ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ആക്ടിന്റെ (2025-ലെ 14) 2-ാാം വകുപ്പ് (ജെ) ഖണ്ഡം ആക്റ്റിൻ കീഴിൽ ഒരു ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനെ രജിസ്ട്രാറായി നിയമിക്കാൻ സർക്കാരിനെ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. അതിനാൽ ഓരോ ജില്ലയിലെയും ജില്ലാ രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-നെ ഈ ആക്റ്റിന് കീഴിൽ അതത് ജില്ലയുടെ രജിസ്ട്രാറായി നിയമിക്കുന്നതിന് സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ലക്ഷ്യം നിറവേറ്റുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ് ഈ വിജ്ഞാപനം.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (j) of section 2 of the Kerala Societies Registration Act, 2025 (14 of 2025), the Government of Kerala hereby appoint the District Registrar (General) in each district as Registrar under this Act for the respective district.

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) Clause (j) of section 2 of the Kerala Societies Registration Act, 2025 (14 of 2025) empowers Government to appoint an officer as Registrar under this Act. Therefore the Government have decided to appoint the District Registrar (General) in each district as Registrar under this Act for the respective district.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
