1. കേരേള പബ്ലിക്േ സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷൻ 2026 ജനുവരി വിജ്ഞാപനപ്രകാേരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം, എറണാകുളം , കോേഴിക്കോട്െ മേഖലകളേിലെ വിവിധ ജില്ലാ പരീക്ഷാ കേന്ദ്രേങ്ങളില്‍ വച്ച് നടത്തൊൻ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുളള ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റല്‍
2പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്ക് ഓണ്‍ലലൈൻ മുഖേന അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകകൊേള്ളുന.
അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ 2026 ഫെബ്രുവരി 11 രാത്രി 12 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരേിക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനു മുൻപു തന്നെ e-payment സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കെുന്നതിനും അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ പ്രതേയകേംേ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
ഓണ്‍ലലൈൻ മുഖേനയല്ലാതെയുളള അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ നിരുപാധികംേ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കേരേള പബ്ലിക്േ സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷന്റെ ഔദ്യോേഗികേ വെബ്സസൈറ്റായ www.keralapsc.gov.in ലൂടെെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷേൻ പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയതിനു ശേഷം പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. മുൻ പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്ക് ഓണ്‍ലലൈനായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുളള പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ ഒരു കാേരണവശാലും വീണ്ടും രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുവാനോ ഒന്നില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ നിലനിർത്തുവാനോ പാടുളളതല്ല. അവർ പ്രസ്തുത രജിസ്ട്രേഷേനിലൂടെെ (പ്രൊഫൈലിലൂടെ)െ മാത്രം ഓണ്‍ലലൈനായി അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. സർവ്വീസിലുളള കാേഴ്ചപരിമിതരായ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ടി നടത്തെുന്ന വാചാ പരീക്ഷ (Viva-voce) -ക്ക് (G.O(P)No.31/11/P&ARD dated 7-9-2011 പ്രകാേരം) അപേക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ പ്രതേയകേേ വിജ്ഞാപനം പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആയതിനാല്‍ കാേഴ്ചപരിമിതരായ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ ഈ വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാേരം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.
1.(a) പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ വിജ്ഞാപനം വയക്തേമായി വായിച്ചതിന് . വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാേരമുളള ശേഷം മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കാവു
നിർദ്ദേശേങ്ങള്‍ പാലിക്കാതെയുളള അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ അയോഗയമോക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്
.
2. OMR/ONLINE ആയി നടക്കെുന്ന വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെ െ ചോദ്യപേേപ്പറുകളേില്‍ ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലുളള എല്ലാ ചോദ്യങ്ങേള്‍ക്കും മലയാള പരിഭാഷ കൂടിെ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.
33. Second Class Language Test in Malayalam (Tamil/ Kannada), Minority Language Test (Tamil/ Kannada), Malayalam Language Test എന്നിവ വിവരണാത്മകേ (Descriptive) രീതിയിലും വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെെ ബാക്കിയുളള എല്ലാ ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേും 2012 ജൂലൈ മുതല്‍ Objectve രീതിയിലുമാണ് പരീക്ഷ നടത്തെുന്നത്. 2019 ജനുവരി മുതല്‍ Alpha Code ബാധകമോയിട്ടുളള ONLINE/OMR പരീക്ഷയാണ് നടത്തെുന്നത്. ഓരോ പേപ്പറിന്റേയും പരമാവധി മാർക്ക് 100-ഉം വിജയിക്കുന്നതിനുളള മിനിമം മാർക്ക് 40% ഉം ആണ്. Negative Mark ബാധകമോണ്. ഓരോ ശരിയുത്തരത്തിനും 1 മാർക്ക് ലഭിക്കുകയേും ഓരോ തെറ്റുത്തരത്തിനും 1/3 (മൂന്നിലൊന്ന്) മാർക്ക് നഷ്ടമാകുകയേും ചെയ്യും. വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്ക് നിലവിലുളള Withbooks/ Without books രീതി തുടരെുന്നതാണ്. ഈ വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാേരം വിവരണാത്മകേ പരീക്ഷകളേും, പ്രായോഗികേ പരീക്ഷകളേും ഒഴികെയേുളള പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ ഓണ്‍ലലൈൻ /ഒ.എം.ആർ പരീക്ഷകളോയാണ് നടത്തെുന്നത്.
3.1 പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ തിരുവനന്തപുരം, എറണാകുളം, കോേഴിക്കോട്െ എന്നീ മൂന്ന് മേഖലകളേിലായി നടത്തെുവാനാണ് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
അതാത് മേഖലകളേിലെ പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രേങ്ങളുടെെ ലഭയതേയ്ക്കനുസൃതമായി പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രേം അനുവദ്ിക്കുന്നതാണ്. വിവിധ മേഖലകളേിലുള്‍പ്പെടുന്ന ജില്ലകളേ്‍ ചുവടെ െചേർക്കുന.
1. തിരുവനന്തപുരം മേഖല (തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കൊേല്ലം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലകളേ്‍)
2. എറണാകുളം മേഖല ( കോേട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, എറണാകുളം, തൃശ്ശുർ, പാലക്കാട്െ ജില്ലകളേ്‍)
3. കോേഴിക്കോട്െ മേഖല (മലപ്പുറം, കോേഴിക്കോട്െ, വയനാട്െ, കണ്ണേൂർ, കാേസർകോേഡ് ജില്ലകളേ്‍)
4പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് അതാതു മേഖലകളേില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്ന ജില്ലകളേ്‍ മുൻഗണനാ ക്രമത്തില്‍ തെരഞ്ഞെടെുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ലക്ഷദ്്വീപിലെ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് കോേഴിക്കോട്െ/ എറണാകുളം മേഖലകളേിലേക്ക് ഓണ്‍ലലൈൻ, OMR പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
3.1(a) KSR Part I, Rule 12 (7) നോട്ട് 2 പ്രകാേരം നിർബന്ധിത വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് പരീക്ഷാദ്ിവസം/ ദ്ിവസങ്ങള്‍ പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രേത്തിലേക്കും തിരിച്ചുകമുള്ള യാത്രയ്ക്ക് ആവശയമോയ സമയം ഉള്‍പ്പെടെെ ഡയൂട്ടിയായി പരിഗണിക്കുവാൻ വയവേസ്ഥയുണ്ട്. KSR Part II, Rule 77-79 പ്രകാേരം വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അർഹമായ യാത്രാബത്ത അനുവദ്നീയമാണ്.
3.2 വകുപ്പുതലപരീക്ഷയില്‍ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപായി പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ ഓണ്‍ലലൈനായി Department Test One-time Registration ചെയ്യേണ്ടേതാണ്. രജിസ്ട്രേഷേൻ സമയത്ത് ഓരോ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിയും തങ്ങളുടെെ വയക്തേിപരമായ വിവരങ്ങളായ ജനനത്തീയതി, മേല്‍വിലാസം, ഔദ്യോേഗികേ പദ്വി, ഔദ്യോേഗികേ മേല്‍വിലാസം മുതലായവ നല്‍കുന്നതിനോടൊെപ്പം നിർദ്ദേശേിക്കപ്പെട്ട രീതിയില്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ െഫോട്ടോ (3.3 (a) കാേണുക)േ upload ചെയ്യേണ്ടേതാണ്. തുടർെന്ന് ഒരു 'User ID' നല്‍കുന്നതാണ്.
പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് തന്നെ 'Password' ഉം 'User ID' ഉം തെരഞ്ഞെടെുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇവ രണ്ടും രഹസയമോയി സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതും അപേക്ഷയിലൂടെെ നല്‍കുന്ന വയക്തേി വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ശരിയാണെന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തേണ്ടതും പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേുടെെ ചുമതലയാണ്. ഒരു പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥി യാതൊരു കാേരണവശാലും ഒന്നില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ രജിസ്ട്രേഷേൻ
. / പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ പാടിെല്ല
പ്രൊഫൈലില്‍ ആധാർ കാേർഡിന്റെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. ഒന്നില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ രജിസ്ട്രേഷേൻ/
5പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേുടെെ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിത്വം റദ്ദാേക്കുന്നതും അവർക്കെതിരെ ഉചിതമായ അച്ചടക്കെനടപെടിെകളേ്‍ കമ്മേീഷൻ സ്വീകരേിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
3.3 തങ്ങളുടെെ "User ID," 'Password' എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഓരോ പ്രാവശയവേും അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് വകുപ്പുതലപരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കാൻ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥി ഒറ്റ പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ തന്നെ ഉപയോഗിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ഒറ്റ പ്രൊഫൈലില്‍ നിനം ഏത് വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ കഴേിയും.
3.3(a) രജിസ്ട്രേഷേന് ഉപയോഗിക്കേണ്ട ഫോട്ടോയുടെെ സവിശേഷതകളേ്‍
3.3(a)1. പുതുതായി പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ /ആദ്യമോയി വകുപ്പുതലപരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് One Time Registration ചെയ്യുന്നവർ നിശ്ചിത മാനദ്ണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ പാലിച്ചുകകൊേണ്ട് ആറു മാസത്തിനകംേ എടുത്ത ഫോട്ടോ അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടേതാണ്. Upload ചെയ്ത ഫോട്ടോയ്ക്ക് Upload ചെയ്ത തീയതി മുതല്‍ 10 വർഷ കാേലത്തേയ്ക് പ്രാബലയമേുണ്ടായിരിക്കും.
നിലവില്‍ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ 10 വർഷ കാേലാവധി അധികരേിച്ച Photo കളേ്‍ക്കു പകരേം പുതിയ ഫോട്ടോ Upload ചെയ്യേണ്ടേതാണ്.
അപേക്ഷകന്റേെ പേരും ഫോട്ടോ എടുത്ത തീയതിയും ഫോട്ടോയില്‍ പ്രിന്റ് ചെയ്യുകയേോ മറ്റു വിധത്തില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയേോ (വയക്തേമായി വായിക്കത്തക്ക രീതിയില്‍) ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷാ പ്രൊഫൈലിലെ പേരും ഫോട്ടോയില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന പേരും (Initial ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ)െ ഒന്നായിരിക്കണം.
63.3(a)2. പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിയുടെെ മുഖവും തോള്‍ഭാഗവും വയക്തേമായി പതിഞ്ഞിെരിക്കത്തക്ക വിധത്തിലുളള കളേർ/ ബ്ലാക്ക് ആന്റ് വൈറ്റ് പാസ്സ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോയായിരിക്കണം അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടേത്.
3.3(a)3. 200 പിക്സല്‍ ഉയരവും, 150 പിക്സല്‍ വീതിയും ഉളളതും jpg ഫോർമാറ്റിലുളളതും 30kb ഫയല്‍ സൈസില്‍ അധികരേിക്കാത്തതുമായ ഇമേജുകളേ്‍ ആണ് അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടേത്. അപ്രകാേരമല്ലാത്ത ഇമേജുകളേ്‍ നിരുപാധികംേ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.
3.3(a)4. വെളുത്തതോ ഇളം നിറത്തിലോ ഉളള പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില്‍ എടുത്ത ഫോട്ടോ ആയിരിക്കണം. (ഫോട്ടോയിലുളള വയക്തേിയെ തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ സാധിക്കുന്ന തരത്തില്‍ പശ്ചാത്തലം plain ആയിരിക്കണം.)
3.3(a)5. മുഖം നേരെയും പൂർണ്ണമായും ഫോട്ടോയുടെെ മദ്ധയഭോഗത്ത് പതിഞ്ഞിെരിക്കണം.
3.3(a)6. കണ്ണേുകളേ്‍ വയക്തേമായി കാേണത്തക്ക വിധത്തിലായിരിക്കണം.
3.3(a)7. തൊപ്പി(മതാചാരത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായുളള തൊപ്പി/ശിരോവസ്ത്രം എന്നിവയൊഴിച്ച്), ഗോഗിള്‍സ് എന്നിവ ധരിച്ച് എടുത്തതോ മുഖത്തിന്റെ ഒരു വശം മാത്രം കാേണത്തക്ക വിധത്തിലുളളതോ മുഖം വയക്തേമല്ലാത്തതോ ആയ ഫോട്ടോകളേ്‍ എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പാടിെല്ല.
3.3(a)8. മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണ്‍ല, Web Cam എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് എടുക്കുന്ന ഫോട്ടോയും Polaroid & Computer Generated Photo എന്നിവയും സ്വീകരേിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
73.3(a)9. ഇളം നിറത്തിലുളള വസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ച് എടുത്ത ഫോട്ടോ ആയിരിക്കണം.
3.3(a)10. ആദ്യേ ഘട്ടത്തില്‍ രജിസ്ട്രേഷേൻ നടത്തെിയപ്പോള്‍ പഴയ മാതൃകയേിലുള്ള ഫോട്ടോ അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്തവർ ഇനി പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ പുതിയ മാതൃകയേിലുള്ള ഫോട്ടോ അവസാന തീയതിക്കു മുമ്പായി അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടേതാണ്.
നോട്ട് 3.3 (a) 1-10 വരെയുളള നിർദ്ദേശേങ്ങള്‍ പാലിക്കാത്ത ഫോട്ടോ ഉളള അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ നിരുപാധികംേ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
3.3(b). വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഓണ്‍ലലൈൻ അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ ആദ്യമോയി ക്ഷണിച്ച 2011 ജനുവരിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ഒരു പാർട്ടിന്റെ പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ ഭാഗികമോയി ജയിച്ചിട്ടുളളവർ ശേഷിക്കുന്ന പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ക്കും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനും ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി ഓണ്‍ലലൈൻ മുഖേന അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 2011 ജനുവരി മുതല്‍ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കുകയേും എന്നാല്‍ പരീക്ഷ തോല്‍ക്കുകയേും ചെയ്തവർ വീണ്ടും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. 2011 ജനുവരിയിലെ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ മുതല്‍ അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയേും വിവിധ കാേരണങ്ങളാല്‍ അപേക്ഷ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുകയേോ Paper Disallow ആവുകയേോ ചെയ്തിട്ടുളളവരും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കുകയേും ഒരു തവണ പോലും പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാതിരിക്കുകയേും ചെലാൻ verify ചെയ്യാേതിരിക്കുകയേും ചെയ്തിട്ടുളളവരും e-payment സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പുതിയ നിരക്കില്‍ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് വീണ്ടും ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
3.3(c). പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേുടെെ പ്രൊഫൈലില്‍ അവരുടെെ ഫോട്ടോയോടു കൂടിെയ Admission Ticket ലഭയമോക്കുന്നതും
8ആയത് download ചെയ്ത് (മേലധികാേരി യഥാവിധി സാക്ഷയപ്പേെടുത്തി) പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്.
3.3(d). വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുളള അവസാന തീയതി വരെയും തങ്ങള്‍ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിലെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ (ഉദ്ാ. പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍, ടെസ്റ്റെ്, മേഖല മുതലായവ) മാറ്റി നല്‍കുന്നതിന് പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് അനുവാദ്ം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അവസാന തീയതിയില്‍ നിലവിലുളള ഫോട്ടോയും മറ്റു വിവരങ്ങളും അടങ്ങെിയ അപേക്ഷകളോവും പരിഗണിക്കുക.േ Online Application പൂരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് വിജ്ഞാപനം വിശദ്മായി വായിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്

3.3(e). പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുളള സമയവിവരപ്പട്ടികേ യഥാസമയം ഗസറ്റില്‍ പരസയപ്പേെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്. സമയവിവരപ്പട്ടികകേളേ്‍ പബ്ലിക്േ സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷൻ വെബ്സസൈറ്റ്, ജില്ലാ/മേഖലാ ഓഫീസുകളേ്‍ എന്നിവിടങ്ങെളില്‍ നിനം പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് റഫറൻസിന് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടാെതെ ഓരോ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിക്കും ആവശയമോയി വരുന്ന പരീക്ഷകളേുടെെ സമയ വിവരപ്പട്ടികേ (ടൈംെടേബെിള്‍) അവരവരുടെെ പ്രൊഫൈലില്‍ ലഭയമോക്കുന്നതാണ്. വയക്തേിപരമായി പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് സമയവിവര പട്ടികകേളേ്‍ തപാലില്‍ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
4. കമ്മേീഷന്റെ 5-3-2003- ലെ 17- ാാ ം നമ്പർ തീരുമാനപ്രകാേരം വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ കേരേള സംസ്ഥാന സർവ്വീസില്‍ ഉളളവർക്ക് മാത്രമായി പരിമിതപ്പടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന
. അല്ലാത്തവരില്‍ നിനം ലഭിക്കുന്ന
. അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ നിരുപാധികംേ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്
95. അപേക്ഷാഫീസ് : 2019 മെയ് മുതല്‍ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷാ ഫീസ് നിരക്ക് പുതുക്കി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ പുതുക്കിയ നിരക്കില്‍ ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. (സ.ഉ.(അച്ചടിെ.) നം. 28/2019 ധന ഉത്തരവ് തീയതി 08- 03-2019)
ഓണ്‍ലലൈൻ ബാങ്കിംഗ് സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിച്ചുകളള e-payment മുഖേനയാണ് പരീക്ഷാ ഫീസും, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസും ഒടുക്കേണ്ടത്.
(ചെലാൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ട്രഷറികളേില്‍ നേരിട്ടോ ഇ-ചെലാൻ മുഖേനയോ പണമൊടുക്കുന്നത് സ്വീകാേരയമേല്ല) e-payment മുഖേന പണമൊടുക്കുന്നതിന് പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേുടെ െപ്രൊഫൈലിലെ "Make Payment" എന്ന ഓപ്ഷൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ടിെ ഓപ്ഷൻ വഴി പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് ട്രഷറി വകുപ്പിന്റെ സൈറ്റിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിച്ച് ഓണ്‍ലലൈൻ ആയി പണം ഒടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇതിനായി പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിക്കോ/ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർക്കോ ഏതെങ്കിലും ബാങ്കിന്റെ Online Banking Account ആവശയമോണ്. ട്രഷറി സൈറ്റില്‍ നിനം പണം ഒടുക്കുന്നതിനായി ബാങ്കിംഗിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ലഭയമോകുന്ന GR Number (Government Reference No.) കുറിച്ചെടുത്ത് സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. പണം ഒടുക്കിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാെല്‍ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിയുടെെ പ്രൊഫൈലില്‍ GR Number ഉള്‍പ്പെടെെ payment details കാേണാവുന്നതാണ്.
5.1. E-payment ഇടപൊട്െ പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിനിടയെില്‍ നെറ്റ് വർക്ക് തകരോർ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെെ സാങ്കേതികേ തടസ്സെങ്ങള്‍ കാേരണം അക്കൗണ്ടില്‍ നിനം പണം debit ആകുകയേും ഇടപൊട്െ പൂർത്തിയാകാേതെയും വന്നാല്‍ നേരത്തെ കുറിച്ചെടുത്ത GR Number ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ബാങ്ക്/ട്രഷറിയെ സമീപിച്ച് പണം ഒടുക്കിയത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വയക്തേത വരുത്താവുന്നതാണ്.
5.2 ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും 160/-(നൂറ്റി അറുപത്) രൂപ എന്ന നിരക്കിലാണ് പരീക്ഷാഫീസ്. ഈ അടിെസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ എത്ര പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് കണേക്കാക്കി മുഴുവൻ പരീക്ഷാഫീസും ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 2019
10ജൂലൈയിലെ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ മുതല്‍ ഒരു സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് 210/- (ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി പത്ത്) രൂപ നിരക്കില്‍ എത്ര സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനാണോ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നത് അത്രയും തുകേ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. പരീക്ഷാഫീസ്, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഇനങ്ങളില്‍ ഒടുക്കേണ്ടുന്ന തുകേ Default ആയി കാേണാവുന്നതാണ്. ജനുവരി 2011 മുതല്‍ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയേും, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കുകയേും ചെയ്തവർ അതേ പ്രൊഫൈലിലൂടെെ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാല്‍ മാത്രമേ ഒടുക്കിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് സാധുവായി പരിഗണിക്കുകയേുളളു. (അല്ലാതെയുളള അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്). ഒരിക്കല്‍ അടച്ചെ പരീക്ഷാഫീസ് യാതൊരു കാേരണവശാലും തിരികെ േലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
5.3 ഒരു ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണ്ടിലേക്ക് ഒടുക്കപ്പെട്ട പണം മറ്റൊരു ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണ്ടിലേക്ക് മാറ്റുവാൻ കഴേിയുന്നതല്ല. അതായത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസിനായി ഒടുക്കിയ പണം പരീക്ഷാഫീസായോ തിരിച്ചോ വകയേിരുത്തുവാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല.
നോട്ട്
(എ) നേരിട്ടുളള നിയമനം വഴിയോ ബൈട്രാൻസ്ഫർ മുഖാന്തിരമോ നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള ഒരു ഉദ്യോേഗസ്ഥന്റെ പ്രൊബേഷന്റെയോ ട്രെയിനിംഗിന്റെയോ പൂർത്തീകരേണത്തിനോ, ഏതെങ്കിലും തസ്തികയേില്‍ ഇൻക്രിമെന്റോ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തലോ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനോ, ഉയർന്ന തസ്തികയേിലേക്ക് ഉദ്യോേഗക്കയറ്റം കിേട്ടുന്നതിനോ ഒരു പോസ്റ്റില്‍ പിഴ കൂടാെതെ തുടരെുന്നതിനോ എതെങ്കിലും ടെസ്റ്റെ് പാസ്സായിരിക്കണമെന്ന് നിർദ്ദേശേിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ (obligatory test) പ്രസ്തുത ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേ്‍ക്കും
11സർവ്വീസിലുളള ആളുകളേ്‍ക്ക് പുതുതായി ഏതെങ്കിലും ടെസ്റ്റെ് ഏർപ്പെടിെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അപ്രകാേരമുളള ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേ്‍ക്കും G.O. (MS)166/76/PD dated 04-06-1976 അനുസരിച്ച് ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അതാത് വകുപ്പിലെ ഉദ്യോേഗക്കയറ്റങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് (Line of Promotion) ഉളള തസ്തികകേളേിലേക്ക് ആവശയമോയ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്കും അപേക്ഷകരേില്‍ നിന്ന് പരീക്ഷാഫീസ് ഈടാെക്കുന്നതല്ല (Free Chance). ഈ സൗജനയംേ ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റെിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തെോളവും ഒരാള്‍ക്ക് ഒന്നില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ തവണ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. (G.O.(MS)No.26/76/PD dated 25.01.1976) രണ്ടാമത്തെ തവണ മുതല്‍ ഫീസ് ഈടാെക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ഒരു പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഫ്രീ ചാൻസില്‍ അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയേും എന്നാല്‍ ഏതെങ്കിലും കാേരണവശാല്‍ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാതിരിക്കുകയേും ചെയ്താല്‍ അതും ഫീസ് സൗജനയംേ അനുവദ്ിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള തവണയായി കണേക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്. ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റെിനും മുഴുവനായിട്ടാണ് ഫീസ് സൗജനയംേ അനുവദ്ിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളളത് ; അല്ലാതെയുളള പല പേപ്പറുകളേുളള ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റെിന്റേയും ഓരോ പേപ്പറുകളോയിട്ടല്ല. (G.O.(MS)29/75/PD dated 6-2-1975). ഉദ്ാഹരണമായി അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഒരാള്‍ക്ക് ( നാല് പേപ്പറിനും കൂടിെ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതിയാലും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും) ഒരു പ്രാവശയംേ മാത്രമേ ഫീസ് സൗജനയംേ കിേട്ടുകയേുള്ളു. ആ പരീക്ഷയില്‍ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളേും ജയിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചിട്ടില്ലായെങ്കില്‍ അടുത്ത തവണ മുതല്‍ തോറ്റ പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാതിരുന്ന പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ക്കും ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
മേല്‍പ്പറഞ്ഞെ ആനുകൂലയങ്ങേള്‍ G.O.(MS)249/70/PD dated 22-7-1970 അനുസരിച്ച് ഗവണ്‍ലമെന്റ് സർവ്വീസിലുളള ടൈപ്പെിസ്റ്റുകളേ്‍ക്കും സ്റ്റെനോഗ്രാഫർമാർക്കും, G.O.(MS) 274/71/PD dated 27-8-1971 അനുസരിച്ച് പബ്ലിക്േ സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷൻ നടത്തെുന്ന എസ്.എസ്.എല്‍.സി സ്റ്റാൻഡേർഡ് (S.S.LC Standard) ലുളള ക്ലറിക്കല്‍ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഇരിക്കുവാൻ അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുളള താഴ്ന്ന വരുമാനക്കാരായ സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും, G.O.(Rt.) No.706/75/PD dated 21-7-1975 അനുസരിച്ച് കേരേള ഖാദ്ി ആന്റ്
12വില്ലേജ് ഇൻഡസ്ട്രീേസ് ബോർഡിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും, G.O. (Ms.)No. 302/75/G.Edn. dated 17-12-1975 അനുസരിച്ച് വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ ഒബ്ലിഗേറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള കേരേളത്തിലെ എയ്ഡഡ് ഹൈസ്ക്കൂളിലേയും എയ്ഡഡ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സ്കൂളിലെയും ഹെഡ് മാസ്റ്റർമാർക്കും മറ്റ് ജീവനക്കാർക്കും G.O.(Ms.)No.146/76/G.Edn. dated 04.08.1976 അനുസരിച്ച് ഒബ്ലിഗേറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്കും കേരേളത്തിലെ പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂളുകളേിലേയും അപ്പർ പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂളുകളേിലേയും ഹെഡ്മാസ്റ്റർമാർക്കും പി.ഡി. ടീെച്ചർമാർക്കും, G.O(P)No.150/77/PW dated 17-09-1977 അനുസരിച്ച് പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് എഞ്ചിനീയർമാരുടെെ പ്രൊബേഷൻ പൂർത്തീകരേിക്കുന്നതിനും തുടർെന്ന് ഉദ്യോേഗക്കയറ്റം കിേട്ടുന്നതിനും നിർബന്ധമാക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പി.ഡബ്ലയ.ഡി. മാന്വല്‍ (P.W.D. Manual Test) പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
കേരേള പഞ്ചായത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് G.O. (MS)No.215/86/LAD dated 28-10-1986 പ്രകാേരവും മുനിസിപ്പല്‍ കോേമണ്‍ല സർവ്വീസിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് സ.ഉ.(കൈ)േനം.25/2021/ഉ.പ.ഭ.വ തീയതി 07/10/2021 പ്രകാേരവും, കേരേള അഗ്രികളേ്‍ച്ചറല്‍ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് G.O(Rt.) No.101/78/AD dated 16.01.1978 പ്രകാേരവും ഒബ്ലിഗേറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്ക് ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തേിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാല്‍ മറ്റു യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് നിലവില്‍ ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തേിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. 29.03.2023 തീയതിയിലെ ജി.ഒ.(എം.എസ്) നം. 7/2023/പി&എ.ആർ.ഡി നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാേരം പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക്, നിർബന്ധമായും പാസ്സാകേണ്ടേ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ എഴുതുന്നതിന് ഒരു തവണ മാത്രം ഫ്രീ ചാൻസ് അനുവദ്ിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ട്രഷറി, ലോക്കല്‍ ഫണ്ട് ആഡിറ്റ് എന്നീ വകുപ്പുകളേിലെ ജീവനക്കാർ ഒഴികെയേുളളവർക്കു Account Test (Higher)-ന് ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തേിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
വിദ്യാേഭയാേസ വകുപ്പിലെ, Higher Secondary School Teacher, Vocational
13Higher Secondary School Teacher, Non Vocational Higher Secondary School Teacher, ആരോഗയേ വകുപ്പിലേയും മെഡിക്കല്‍ വിദ്യാേഭയാേസ വകുപ്പിലേയും Staff Nurse, Head Nurse എന്നീ തസ്തികകേളേില്‍ ജോലി നോക്കുന്നവർക്ക് വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ നിർബന്ധം അല്ലാത്തതിനാല്‍ ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തേിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്ക് ഓണ്‍ലലൈൻ മുഖേന അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ "Free Chance" എന്ന ഓപ്ഷനില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്ന സമയത്ത് "Yes" എന രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന എന്നതു കൊേണ്ട് മാത്രം പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിക്ക് ഫ്രീ ചാൻസ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് ധരിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. അപേക്ഷകളേുടെ െസൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനാ വേളയില്‍ "Free Chance"-ല്‍ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുന്നതിന് അർഹതയില്ലാത്ത പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേുടെ െഅപേക്ഷ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ആയതിനാല്‍ "Free
) Chance" ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ( ഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കൊതെ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുന്നതിന് തങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അർഹത ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് പരിശോധിച്ച് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തിയ ശേഷം മാത്രം ആയതിലേക്ക്
. അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്
(ബി) ഫീസ് സൗജനയത്തേിന് അർഹരായിട്ടുളളവർ പ്രസ്തുത വിവരം അപേക്ഷയില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതു കൂടാെതെ

ലെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് തങ്ങളുടെെ വകുപ്പു മേധാവിയേയോ ആഫീസ് മേധാവിയേയോ കൊേണ്ട് സർട്ടിഫൈ ചെയ്യിേക്കേണ്ടതും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട
. കോേളത്തില്‍ മാർക്ക് ചെയ്യിേക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്
6. Annexure – A യില്‍ 6 ആയി കൊേടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പി.ഡബ.ഡി മാന്വല്‍ പരീക്ഷ, പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് എഞ്ചിനീയർമാർക്ക് പ്രൊബേഷൻ പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിനും തുടർെനളള ഉദ്യോേഗക്കയറ്റത്തിനും ഇപ്പോള്‍ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുളള അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് ലോവറിനും പി.ഡബയ.ഡി
14പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും പുറമേ നിർബന്ധമാക്കിയിട്ടുളളതാണ്. (G.O(P)No.150/77/PWD dated 17-09-1977)

(എ) Annexure – A യില്‍ പോലീസ് ടെസെ്ററ് 19, 20 എന്നിവ പ്രതേയകേംേ ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേ്‍ തന്നെയായിരിക്കും. (G.O(MS)No.146/82/Home(A)Department dated 16-12-1982)
7. Annexure - A യില്‍ 24, 25 ആയി കൊേടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കേരേള ജയില്‍ ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് മൂന്നാം പേപ്പർ, കേരേള ജയില്‍ സബോർഡിനേറ്റ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് രണ്ടാം പേപ്പർ (പ്രാക്ടിക്കല്‍) പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്ക് ജയില്‍ ഐ.ജി അംഗീകരേിച്ചിട്ടുളള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ നിനം അതായത് 30.09.1993 വരെ RICA-ല്‍ നിനം/ SICA-ല്‍ നിനം, 01.10.1993 മുതല്‍ 13.10.2003 വരെ SICA-ല്‍ നിന്ന് മാത്രവും, 14.10.2003 മുതല്‍ RICA- ല്‍ നിനം/ SICA- ല്‍ നിനം ആംഡ് ആന്റ് സ്ക്വാഡ് ഡ്രില്ലില്‍ (റൈഫിള്‍ ഷൂട്ടിംഗ്, റിവോള്‍വർ ഷൂട്ടിംഗ് മുതലായവ) പരിശീലനം വിജയകരേമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിച്ചവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ അർഹതയുളളു. തമിഴ് നാട്ടിലെ വെല്ലൂരിലുളള RICA–യുടെ െപേര് APCA (Academy of Prisons & Correctional Administration) എന്നാക്കി മാറ്റിയിട്ടുളളതിനാല്‍ ടിെ സ്ഥാപനത്തില്‍ നിനം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നേടിെയിട്ടുളളവർക്കും പ്രായോഗികേ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. അനുബന്ധം എ യില്‍ 25-ാാ മതായി കൊേടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കേരേള ജയില്‍ സബോർഡിനേറ്റ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് രണ്ടാമത്തെ പേപ്പറിനുളള പ്രായോഗികേ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് (Practical Test) തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജയില്‍ ട്രെയിംനിംഗ് സ്കൂളില്‍ നിനം പ്രസ്തുത ടെസ്റ്റെിനുളള പരിശീലനം വിജയകരേമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിട്ടുളളവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയേുളളു.
അല്ലാതെയുളളവരുടെെ അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ട്രെയിംനിംഗ് നേടിെയിട്ടുളള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ ശരിപ്പകർേപ്പ് സ്വയം സാക്ഷയപ്പേെടുത്തി ജോയിന്റ് സെക്രട്ടറി, ഡിപ്പാർട്ടമെന്റ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് വിംഗ്, കേരേള പബ്ലിക്േ
15സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷൻ, പട്ടം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തില്‍ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെ െഅപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരേിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിക്കു മുമ്പായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അയച്ചുക തരേണ്ടതാണ്. അല്ലാത്തവരുടെെ അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ നിരുപാധികംേ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അവരെ പ്രായോഗികേ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
മേല്‍പ്പറഞ്ഞിെരിക്കുന്ന ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേുടെെ പ്രായോഗികേ പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തോ, തൃശ്ശൂരരോ, കണ്ണേൂരോ കമ്മേീഷന് സൗകരേയംേ എന്ന് തോനന്ന മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കേന്ദ്രേത്തില്‍ വച്ചോ നടത്തെുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
പ്രായോഗികേ പരീക്ഷ നടത്തെുന്ന സ്ഥലവും തീയതിയും യഥാവസരം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.
8. Annexure – A യില്‍ 31-ാാ മതായി കൊേടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കേരേള പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റെ്, പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിലെ യു.ഡി.ക്ലർക്കുമാർ, ഹെഡ് ക്ലാർക്കുമാർ, പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സികയേൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസർമാർ എന്നിവർക്കുവേണ്ടി G.O.(MS.) No.154/75/LA & SWD dated 9-7-1975 പ്രകാേരം നടത്തെുന്ന പൊതുപരീക്ഷയാണ്. മുമ്പ് നടത്തെിയിരുന്ന കേരേള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സികയേൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് പ്രസ്തുത ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാേരം നിർത്തലാക്കി കഴേിഞ. കേരേള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സികയേൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റെിന്റെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളേും ഇതിനകംേ തന്നെ ജയിച്ചിട്ടുളളവരെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റെ് എഴുതുന്നതില്‍ നിനം ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കേരേള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സികയേൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റെിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ ജയിക്കുവാൻ ഉളളവർ പഞ്ചായത്ത ടെസ്റ്റെിലെ തദ്നുസൃതമായ (Corresponding) പേപ്പറിന് ചേർന്ന് ജയിച്ചാല്‍ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ്.
(എ) ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റല്‍ ടെസ്റ്റെ് ഫോർ ദ്ി എക്സികയേൂട്ടീവ് ആന്റ് മിനിസ്റ്റീരിയല്‍ സ്റ്റാഫ് ഓഫ് കെ.േഎസ്.ഇ. ബോർഡ് എന്ന വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെ െപഴയ സിലബസ്സില്‍ മൂന്നാമത്തെ പേപ്പറായ Electricity Supply Act പ്രസ്തുത സിലബസ്സില്‍ പാസ്സാകുന്നതിന് രണ്ട് അവസരം (07/2019, 01/2020) നല്‍കിേയിരുന്നതും, ടിെ പേപ്പർ
16വിജയിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് പഴയ സിലബസ്സിലുളള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കുന്നതും, 1/2019 മുതല്‍ പരിഷ്ക്കരിച്ച സിലബസ്സിലുളള Electricity Act 2003, Companies Act 2013 & Rules ഉം അതിനോടൊെപ്പം പുതുതായി ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയ Goods and Services Tax, Indian Contract Act–1872 -ഉം പാസ്സാകുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രം പുതിയ സിലബസ്സിലുളള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കുന്നതുമാണ്.
(ബി) Annexure-A യില്‍ 24-ാാ മതായി കൊേടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന Kerala Jail Officers Test- ന്റെ ഒന്നാമത്തെ പേപ്പർ പഴയ സിലബസ്സില്‍ പാസ്സായവർക്ക് ടിെ പേപ്പർ പുതിയ സിലബസ്സില്‍ അപേക്ഷിച്ചുക വിജയിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് പുതിയ സിലബസ്സില്‍ ഉളള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കുന്നതാണ്.
9. എല്ലാ ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേും ഭാഗികമോയി പാസ്സാകാേവുന്നതാണ്. അതുകൊേണ്ട് പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് അവർ പാസ്സാകേണ്ടേ ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേ്‍ മുഴുവനായോ ഒന്നോ അതിലധികമേോ പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ക്ക് മാത്രമായോ അപേക്ഷിക്കുവാനുളള സ്വാതന്ത്രയംേ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും. ONLINE/ OMR മാതയകേയേിലുളള ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേുടെെ സമയം അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (ലോവർ) - കെ.േഎസ്.ആർ, അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (ഹയർ) - കെ.േഎസ്.ആർ, അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് ഫോർ എക്സികയേൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് പേപ്പർ - II (കെ.േഎസ്.ആർ), എക്സൈസ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (പാർട്ട് എ & പാർട്ട് ബി) എന്നിവ ഒഴികെേ ഒന്നര മണിക്കൂർ ആയിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (ലോവർ) - കെ.േഎസ്.ആർ, അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (ഹയർ) - കെ.േഎസ്.ആർ, അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് ഫോർ എക്സികയേൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് പേപ്പർ - II (കെ.േഎസ്.ആർ), എക്സൈസ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (പാർട്ട് എ & പാർട്ട് ബി) എന്നീ പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്ക് രണ്ട് മണിക്കൂർ ആയിരിക്കും സമയ ദൈ്ർഘയംേ.
10. ഉദ്യോേഗനിയമനത്തിനുളള തെരഞ്ഞെടെുപ്പു പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ മലയാളം ഒഴിച്ചുകളള പ്രാദേ്ശികേ ഭാഷകളേില്‍ എഴുതുന്നവർക്ക് വേണ്ടി (G.O.(Ms.) No.142/66/PD dated 31-3-1966, G.O.(P)No.356/82/GAD dated 3-11-1982, G.O.(P) No. 164/84/GAD dated 31-5-1984) നടപ്പൊക്കിയ മലയാളം സെക്കന്റ് ക്ലാസ്സ്
17ലാംഗ്വേജ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (Second Class Language Test in Malayalam) അനുബന്ധം എ (Annexure – A) യില്‍ 42- ാാ മതായി ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. സിലബസ്, മാർക്ക്, സമയക്രമം തുടങ്ങെിയ വിശദ്വിവരങ്ങള്‍ അനുബന്ധം സി (Annexure - C) യില്‍ കൊേടുത്തിരിക്കുന. വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ വിജ്ഞാപനപ്രകാേരം Second Class Language Test in Malayalam (Tamil/ Kannada) പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ ഒരേ വിജ്ഞാപനപ്രകാേരം Part A എഴുത്തുപരീക്ഷക്കും, Part B വാചാപരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും(Viva Voce) പ്രതേയകേംേ പ്രതേയകേംേ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. അപ്രകാേരമല്ലാത്ത അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.
(എ) നയൂനപക്ഷ ഭാഷ സംസാരിക്കുന്ന പ്രദേ്ശങ്ങളില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഉദ്യോേഗസ്ഥർക്ക് പ്രസ്തുത ഭാഷയില്‍ പ്രായോഗികേ പരിജ്ഞാനം ആവശയമോണെന്നതിനാല്‍ 12-9-1968 ലെ G.O.(MS.)No.290/68/PD പ്രകാേരം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയ മൈനോറിറ്റി ലാംഗ്വേജ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (തമിഴ്/ കന്നേട)െ അനുബന്ധം എ ( Annexure – A) യില്‍ 43-ാാ മതായി ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. 19-12-1987 ലെ G.O(MS.)No.283/87/LAD പ്രകാേരം കേരേള മുനിസിപ്പല്‍ സർവ്വീസ് ജീവനക്കാർക്കും മൈനോറിറ്റി ലാംഗ്വേജ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് എഴുതാവുന്നതാണ്. സിലബസ്, മാർക്ക്, സമയക്രമം തുടങ്ങെിയ വിശദ്വിവരങ്ങള്‍ അനുബന്ധം ഡി (Annexure -D) - യില്‍ കൊേടുത്തിരിക്കുന.
11. Annexure – A യില്‍ 48-ാാ മതായി കൊേടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കേരേള ചുമട്ടുതൊഴിലാളി നിയമങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ കേരേള ചുമട്ടുതൊഴിലാളി ക്ഷേമനിധി ബോർഡിലെ യു.ഡി ക്ലാർക്ക് തസ്കികയേിലേക്ക് സ്ഥാനക്കയറ്റം മുഖേനയോ, തസ്തികമോറ്റം മുഖേനയോ നിയമനം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി Manual of Office Procedure, അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (ലോവർ) എന്നിവയ്ക്കു പുറമേ നിർബന്ധമായും ജയിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

1812. എല്ലാ ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേ്‍ക്കും ജയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശയമോയ ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ െ മാർക്ക് ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും 40% (നാല്‍പ്പത് ശതമാനം) ആണ്.
13. റവനയ ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേ്‍ 2011 ജൂലൈ മുതല്‍ പുതിയ സിലബസ്സില്‍ മാത്രമേ എഴുതുവാൻ അനുവദ്ിക്കുകയേുളളു. മുൻപ് ഭാഗികമോയി പഴയ സിലബസ്സില്‍ പാസ്സായിട്ടുളളവർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് പുതിയ സിലബസ്സില്‍ നാല് പേപ്പറുകളേും എഴുതി പാസ്സാകേണ്ടേതാണ്. എന്നാല്‍ ജനുവരി 2011 വരെയുളള നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷനുകളേ്‍ പ്രകാേരം വില്ലേജ് ആഫീസേഴ്സ് മാന്വല്‍ പരീക്ഷ പാസ്സായിട്ടുളളവരും 2019 ജനുവരി വരെയുളള വിജ്ഞാപനങ്ങള്‍ പ്രകാേരം യൂണിഫൈഡ് വില്ലേജ് മാന്വല്‍ കോേമണ്‍ല പേപ്പർ പാസ്സായിട്ടുളളവരും പുതിയ സിലബസ്സ് പ്രകാേരമുളള റവനയ ടെസ്റ്റെിന്റെ നാലാമത്തെ പേപ്പറിനു വീണ്ടും പരീക്ഷ എഴുതേണ്ടതില്ല. പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ മേല്‍ പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ മുൻപ് പാസ്സായിട്ടുളളതായി സ്ഥിരീകരേണം നല്‍കുമ്പോള്‍ റവനയ ടെസ്റ്റെിന്റെ 4 പേപ്പറുകളേും ഉള്‍ക്കൊള്ളുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കുന്നതാണ്.
14. Free Chance-ന് ആവശയപ്പേെടുന്ന, അനയത്രേ സേവനത്തില്‍ (On Deputation) തുടരെുന്ന ജീവനക്കാർ Parent Department - ലെ ആഫീസ് മേധാവി/വകുപ്പ് മേധാവിയെക്കൊണ്ട് അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിലെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് സാക്ഷയപ്പേെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.
(എ) ജനപ്രതിനിധികളേുടെെ പേഴ്സണല്‍ സ്റ്റാഫില്‍ അംഗമായിട്ടുളള സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിലെ സാക്ഷയപ്പേെടുത്തലുകളേ്‍ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ജനപ്രതിനിധി തന്നെ നിർവ്വഹിച്ചാലും മതിയാകും. അവരുടെ െപേര്, പദ്വി മുതലായവ ഉള്‍ക്കൊളളുന്ന സീലുകളേ്‍ യഥാസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിർബന്ധമായും പതിച്ചിരിക്കണം
15. ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റെും അതാതു വകപ്പേിലെ ഉദ്യോേഗസ്ഥർ പാസ്സായിരിക്കണമെന്ന് കാേലാകാേലങ്ങളില്‍ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടുളള സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാേരം
19നിർബന്ധമാക്കിയിട്ടുളളതാണ്. ജയില്‍ ടെസ്റ്റെ്, കേരേള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പ്രൊബേഷൻ ടെസ്റ്റെ്, രജിസ്ട്രേഷേൻ ടെസ്റ്റെ്, ലോക്കല്‍ ഫണ്ട് ആഡിറ്റ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടമെന്റല്‍ ടെസ്റ്റെ്, ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ടെസ്റ്റെ്, പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റെ്, കോേഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് ടെസ്റ്റെ്, എസ്.സി ഡെവലപ്പ്മെന്റ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടമെന്റല്‍ ടെസ്റ്റെ്, കേരേള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ട്രാൻസ്പോേർട്ട് സർവ്വീസിലെ അംഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കുളള ടെസ്റ്റെ് എന്നിവ അതാതു വകുപ്പിലെ ഉദ്യോേഗസ്ഥന്മാർക്ക് മാത്രമുള്ളതാണ്. കേരേള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പ്രൊബേഷൻ ടെസ്റ്റെ് സാമൂഹയക്ഷേേമവകുപ്പിലെ ഡിസ്ട്രിേക്ട് പ്രൊബേഷൻ ഓഫീസർമാരെ ഉദ്ദേശേിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളേിലുളളവർക്ക് അതാതു വകുപ്പുകളേില്‍ നിർബന്ധിതമാക്കിയിട്ടുളള എല്ലാ ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേും എഴുതുവാൻ കഴേിയത്തക്കവിധമാണ് കമ്മേീഷൻ ടൈംെടേബെിള്‍ തയ്യാേറാക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാല്‍ ഏതെങ്കിലും വകുപ്പില്‍ നിർബന്ധിതമല്ലാത്ത പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോേഗാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷ
. എഴുതുവാൻ സാധിക്കുന്ന വിധത്തില്‍ ടൈംെടേബെിളില്‍ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുന്നതല്ല 16. 31.07.1986 ലെ GO(Ms) No. 249/86/GAD അനുസരിച്ച് ഇന്തയൻേ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് സർവ്വീസ് (I. F. S.) ലുളള ജൂനിയർ മെമ്പർമാർക്ക് യൂണിഫൈഡ് അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് പ്രതേയകേംേ നടത്തെുന്നതിനാല്‍ 15.12.1978–ലെ GO(Ms)No.549/78/GAD അനുസരിച്ചുകളള അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെ് (ലോവർ) നാല് പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ ബാധകമോയിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. പ്രസ്തുത സർവ്വീസിലുളളവർ പ്രതേയകേേ വിജ്ഞാപനപ്രകാേരം യൂണിഫൈഡ് അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റെിന് അപേക്ഷിച്ചുക കൊേള്ളേണ്ടതാണ്. ഇന്തയൻേ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് സർവ്വീസ് (I.F.S.) - ലുളള ജൂനിയർ മെമ്പർമാർ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് ഫോർ എക്സികയേൂട്ടീവ് ആന്റ് കണേ്‍ലട്രോളിംഗ് സ്റ്റാഫ് എന്ന പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഈ വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാേരം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. ടിെ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകകൊേണ്ടുളള വിജ്ഞാപനം 19-2-1985 തീയതിയിലെ G.O(Ms) No. 74/85/GAD അനുസരിച്ച് പ്രതേയകേംേ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.
17. Annexure-'A' യില്‍ 15-ാാ മതായി കൊേടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന മുനിസിപ്പല്‍ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റില്‍ ടെസ്റ്റെ്, മുനിസിപ്പല്‍ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ക്ലാർക്കുമാർക്കുവേണ്ടി 12-7-1978 തീയതിയിലെ G.O (Rt.)No.2072/78/LA
20&S.W.D, 25-5-1979 തീയതിയിലെ G.O(Rt.)No.1712/79/LA & S.W.D, 20-2-1981 തീയതിയിലെ G.O(M.S)No.3681/LA & S.W.D എന്നീ ഉത്തരവുകളേ്‍ പ്രകാേരം നടത്തെുന്ന പരീക്ഷയാണ്. ഈ പരീക്ഷയുടേയെും കേരേള മുനിസിപ്പല്‍ ടെസ്റ്റെ് മൂന്നാം പേപ്പറിന്റേയും സിലബസ് ഒന തന്നെയാണ്.
18. പരീക്ഷാ ഹാളില്‍ ബുക്കുകളേുടെ െസഹായത്തോടു കൂടിെ ഉത്തരമെഴുതാവുന്ന ടെസ്റ്റെുകളേ്‍ (with books) ഏതെല്ലാമാണെന്ന് അനുബന്ധത്തില്‍ സിലബസ് വിവരിക്കുന്നിടത്തെ് വയക്തേമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെയുളള ടെസെ്ററുകളേ്‍ക്ക് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുളള പുസ്തകങ്ങേളും (ഗവണ്‍ലമെന്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരേണങ്ങള്‍ മാത്രം ) അവയില്‍ വരുത്തിയിട്ടുളള ഭേദ്ഗതികളേും തല്‍സംബന്ധമായി ഗവണ്‍ലമെന്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുളള ആക്ട് ആന്റ് റൂള്‍സ് മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവാകുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് നിശ്ചിത പേപ്പറിന് നിർദ്ദിേഷ്ട കാേലാവധിക്ക് അനുവദ്ിക്കുന്ന സ്വകാേരയേ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരേണങ്ങള്‍ മാത്രമേ തദ്നുസൃതമായി പരീക്ഷാഹാളില്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ അനുവാദ്മുള്ളു. ഇപ്രകാേരം Time Table Notification-ല്‍ വയക്തേമായി പറഞ്ഞിെട്ടുളളതല്ലാതെ സ്വകാേരയേ പ്രസാധകർേ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരേിച്ചിട്ടുളള കേരേള സർവ്വീസ് റൂള്‍സ് തുടങ്ങെിയ ഒരു സ്വകാേരയേ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരേണവും പരീക്ഷാഹാളില്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല.
കുറിപ്പുകളേോ വിവരങ്ങളോ അടങ്ങെിയ ബുക്കുകളേും ഗൈഡുകളേും, അംഗീകൃത പുസ്തകങ്ങേളുടെെ സാക്ഷയപ്പേെടുത്തിയ പകർേപ്പ് (ടൈംെ ടേബെിള്‍ വിജ്ഞാപനത്തില്‍ അനുവദ്ിച്ചിട്ടുളളവ ഒഴികെ)േ എന്നിവയും പരീക്ഷാഹാളില്‍ കൊേണ്ടുവരുന്നതിന് അനുവദ്ിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഈ നിർദ്ദേശേങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വിപരീതമായി പെരുമാറുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേുടെെ പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്

. വരികയേോ ചെയ്യുന്നവരുടെ െപരീക്ഷ അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് അതിനു പുറമേ അവരെ കേരേള പബ്ലിക്േ സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷൻ നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്ന കാേലത്തോളം ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റല്‍ പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ എഴുതുന്നതില്‍ നിനം വിലക്കുന്നതാണ്. മേല്‍പ്പറഞ്ഞ െ നടപെടിെകളേ്‍ക്കു പുറമേ മറ്റ് ഉചിതമായ നടപെടിെകളേ്‍ക്കായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പു മേധാവികളേോടും വിജിലൻസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റല്‍ ഡയറക്ടറോടും ശുപാർശ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

22(എ) പരീക്ഷയുടെെ സെന്ററുകളേ്‍ മാറ്റിക്കിട്ടണമെനളള അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ സാധാരണഗതിയില്‍ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാല്‍ ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ/ ട്രെയിനിംഗ് മൂലം പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രേം മാറ്റിക്കിട്ടണമെന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റ് കിേട്ടിയതിനുശേഷം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉത്തരവ് സഹിതം പരീക്ഷ തുടങ്ങെുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് തന്നെ കേരേള പബ്ലിക്േ സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷൻ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷാവിഭാഗം ജോയിന്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കേണ്ടേതാണ്. അത്തരം കേസേുകളേില്‍ ലഭയതേയ്ക്കനുസരിച്ച് പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രേങ്ങള്‍ മാറ്റി നല്‍കുന്നതാണ്.
കമ്മേീഷന്റെ ഓഫീസില്‍ നിനം ലഭിക്കുന്ന രേഖാമൂലമായ അനുവാദ്ം കൂടാെതെ സെന്ററുകളേും പേപ്പറുകളേും മാറി എഴുതുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേുടെെ പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.
പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് തങ്ങളുടെെ ഇഷ്ടപ്രകാേരം പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രേങ്ങള്‍ തെരഞ്ഞെടെുക്കുന്നതിന് ഒരു കാേരണവശാലും സ്വാതന്ത്രയംേ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാല്‍ Region, Region-ല്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്ന ജില്ലകളേ്‍ മുൻഗണനാക്രമത്തില്‍ തെരഞ്ഞെടെുക്കാവുന്നതും തെരഞ്ഞെടെുത്ത Region തന്നെയാണ് Online Application - ല്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയതെനം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ ഇക്കാരയംേ പ്രതേയകേംേ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. വകുപ്പതല പരീക്ഷാ സംബന്ധമായുളള കത്തേിടപൊടുകളേ്‍ എല്ലാം ജോയിന്റ് സെക്രട്ടറി (വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷാ വിഭാഗം), കേരേള പബ്ലിക്േ സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷൻ, പട്ടം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം, പിൻകോേഡ് - 695 004 എന്ന വിലാസത്തില്‍ ആയിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
21. എക്സൈസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിന്റെ സ്പെഷേയലേ്‍ റൂള്‍ ഭേദ്ഗതിയെ തുടർെന്ന് കേരേള പബ്ലിക്േ സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷൻ നേരിട്ടു നിയമിക്കുന്ന പ്രിവന്റീവ് ആഫീസർമാർക്ക് പ്രൊബേഷനുവേണ്ടി നടത്തെുന്ന വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ (Excise Test Part A- I & II Papers, Part B- III Paper, (MOP)) സിവില്‍ എക്സൈസ് ഓഫീസർ തസ്തികയേിലുളളവർക്ക് പ്രിവന്റീവ് ആഫീസർ തസ്കികയേിലേയ്ക്കുളള പ്രൊമോഷന് ബാധകമോക്കിയും സിവില്‍ എക്സൈസ്
23ഓഫീസർമാർക്ക് നടത്തെിവരുന്ന '' Departmental Test for Excise Guards as Preventive Officers " എന്ന പരീക്ഷ നിർത്തലാക്കിയും, 20-8-2011 ലെ G.O. (P)No.26/2011/P&ARD പ്രകാേരം സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിരുന. 2012 ജനുവരിയിലെ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ മുതല്‍ ടിെ. ഉത്തരവിന് പ്രാബലയംേ നല്‍കിേ നടപ്പെിലാക്കി വരികയോണ്. ആയതിനാല്‍ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന സിവില്‍ എക്സൈസ് ഓഫീസർ തസ്തികയേിലുളളവർ, പ്രിവന്റീവ് ആഫീസർ തസ്തികയേിലുളളവർക്ക് കമ്മേീഷൻ ഇപ്പോള്‍ നടത്തെി വരുന്ന വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേുടെ െപേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ തെരഞ്ഞെടെുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
22. മലയാളം ഒരു വിഷയമായി പത്താം ക്ലാസ് വരെയോ, അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ പ്ലസ് ടു /ബിരുദ്തലത്തിലോ പഠിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തവർ സർക്കാർ സർവ്വീസില്‍ പ്രവേശിക്കുമ്പോള്‍, പ്രൊബേഷൻ പൂർത്തികരേിക്കുവാൻ കേരേളാ പബ്ലിക്േ സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മേീഷൻ നടത്തെുന്ന മലയാളം ഭാഷാ പരീക്ഷ (വിവരണാത്മകേ പരീക്ഷ ) പാസാകണേമെന്ന് വയവേസ്ഥ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന. (14.08.2022 ലെ G.O (P)No 10/2022 P&ARD നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ്) മലയാളം ലാംഗേജ് ടെസ്റ്റെ് അനുബന്ധം A (ANNEXURE - A) യില്‍ 44-ാാ മതായി ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
സിലബസ്, മാർക്ക്, സമയക്രമം തുടങ്ങെിയ വിശദ്വിവരങ്ങള്‍ അനുബന്ധം E (ANNEXURE - E) യില്‍ കൊേടുത്തിരിക്കുന.
23. താഴെ പറയുന്ന നയൂനതകളേുളള അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ നിരുപാധികംേ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
1. മതിയായ അപേക്ഷാ ഫീസ് ഇല്ലാത്ത അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍
2. പരീക്ഷാഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കെുന്നതില്‍ നിനം ഒഴിവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതിനുളള അർഹത ഇല്ലാത്ത സൗജനയേ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷിച്ചവരുടെ െഅപേക്ഷകളേ്‍.
243. ഒരു സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനാവശയമോയ പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ക്ക് മുഴുവനായോ ഭാഗികമോയോ സൗജനയേ അവസരം ഒരു തവണ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയേും പിന്നീട്െ സൗജനയ േഅവസരത്തിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയേും ചെയ്തിട്ടുളളവർ.
4. നിർദ്ദേശേ പ്രകാേരമല്ലാത്ത ഫോട്ടോയോടു കൂടിെയ അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍.
നോട്ട് : പ്രസ്തുത നയൂനതകളേ്‍ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഘട്ടത്തില്‍ കണ്ടേെത്തുകയോണെങ്കില്‍ അറിയിപ്പൊനം കൂടാെതെ അപേക്ഷ നിരസിക്കുവാനും പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കുവാനും കമ്മേീഷന് അധികാേരം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
24. താഴെ പറയുന്ന നയൂനതകളേുളളവരുടെെ പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കുന്നതാണ്.
1. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിലെ സാക്ഷയപ്പേെടുത്തലുകളേ്‍ യഥാവിധി നിർവ്വഹിക്കാതിരിക്കുക.േ
2. ഫീസ് സൗജനയംേ അപേക്ഷയില്‍ അവകാേശപ്പെടുകയേും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കാതിരിക്കുകയേും ചെയ്യുക.േ 3. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റ് പ്രകാേരം അനുവദ്ിക്കാത്ത പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ക്ക് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുക.േ
4. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റിലെ ഫോട്ടോയ്ക്കു മുകളേില്‍ മറ്റു ഫോട്ടോ ഒട്ടിച്ച് പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കു ഹാജരാകുക.േ
25 അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റ് - പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റ് പരീക്ഷാ ഹാളില്‍ ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതും പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി അധികൃതർക്ക് കൈമോറേണ്ടതുമാണ്. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കാത്ത പക്ഷം പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാൻ അനുവദ്ിക്കുന്നതല്ല. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റ് സാക്ഷയപ്പേെടുത്തുമ്പോള്‍ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിയുടെെ ഒപ്പ്, ഫോട്ടോ, പേര്
25എന്നിവയും ഫ്രീചാൻസ് അവകാേശപ്പെടുകയോണെങ്കില്‍ ആയതു പരിശോധിച്ച് മേലധികാേരി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കോേളങ്ങളില്‍ മാർക്ക് ചെയ്തുവവെനം ഓഫീസ് മുദ്രയോടൊെപ്പം സാക്ഷയപ്പേെടുത്തുന്ന മേലധികാേരിയുടെെ ഒപ്പ്, പേര്, തസ്തികയേുടെെ പേര് എന്നിവയോരോനം വയക്തേമായിത്തന്നെ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിെക്കറ്റില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട് എനം ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. ആഫീസ് സീല്‍ മേലധികാേരിയുടെ െഔദ്യോേഗികേ പദ്വിക്ക് തെളിവായി സ്വീകരേിക്കുന്നതല്ല. അപേക്ഷകൻേ തന്നെ മേലധികാേരിയാണെങ്കില്‍ അദ്ദേഹേത്തിന്റെ മേലധികാേരിയുടെെ മേലൊപ്പും വാങ്ങിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ഇവയില്‍ ഏതെങ്കിലുമൊന്ന് വിട്ടുപോകുന്നതിനാലും അപൂർണ്ണമോ, അവയക്തേമോ ആയ സാക്ഷയപ്പേെടുത്തലുകളേ്‍ കാേരണവും പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ക്ക് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാനുളള അവസരം നഷ്ടമാകുന്നതാണ്.
26 വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളേ്‍ക്ക് ഓണ്‍ലലൈനായി സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷകളേുടെെ ആദ്യഘേട്ടം സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയില്‍ സാധുവായി കണ്ടേെത്തുന്നവരെ മാത്രം സോപാധികമോയി പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാൻ അനുവദ്ിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
പരീക്ഷാഹാളിലെ വിദ്ഗ്ദ്ധ പരിശോധനയില്‍ ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലെ ക്രമക്കേടുകളേ്‍ കണ്ടേത്തുന്നവരുടെ െപരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കുന്നതാണ്.
27 അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ വിജയകരേമായി സമർപ്പിച്ചുക (Successfully uploaded/ Received) എന്നതുകൊേണ്ട് അപേക്ഷകളേ്‍ അന്തിമമായി സ്വീകരേിക്കപ്പെട്ടു എന്ന് ധരിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. അപേക്ഷകളേുടെെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധന നടത്തെിയതിന് ശേഷം മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷകളേുടെ െസ്വീകാേരയതേ സംബന്ധിച്ച് അറിയുവാൻ സാധിക്കുകയേുളളു.
28. പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളേ്‍ Region തിരഞ്ഞെടെുക്കുന്ന സമയത്തും e-payment ആയി ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കുന്ന സമയത്തും നല്‍കുന്ന 'Alert' കൃതയമോയി ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് തുടർെ നടപെടിെകളേ്‍ സ്വീകരേിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
2629 അപേക്ഷകൻേ ഒരു പ്രൊഫൈലിലൂടെെ തന്നെ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ച് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പേപ്പറുകളേ്‍ വിജയിച്ചാല്‍ മാത്രമേ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നല്‍കുകയേുള്ളു. രണ്ട് പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ വഴി അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കിേ വിജയിച്ച ശേഷം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആവശയപ്പേെട്ടാല്‍ നല്‍കുന്നതല്ല. ഒരു പരീക്ഷയുടെെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളേും ഒറ്റ പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ വഴി തന്നെ അപേക്ഷിച്ചുക വിജയിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ഒരു പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥി ഒന്നില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രൊഫൈല്‍ സൃഷ്ടിക്കാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല.
