WHEREAS Skyline Foundation and Structure Pvt. Ltd. has deposited with this Court a sum of Rs.9,83,781/- (Rupees Nine lakhs Eighty Three thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty One Only) as a compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Jijin who met with a fatal accident while employed under Rainbow Agency as AC Mechanic Trainy and where as the Assistant Labour Officer, Nedumangad reported that

ശ്രീ. മോഹൻദാസ്, സി. വി., S/o വാസുദേവൻ, ചക്കാലക്കൽ വീട്, പെരിഞ്ചേരി, പി. ഒ., അവിണിശ്ശേരി, തൃശ്ശൂർ എന്ന വ്യ‡ി ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിനിടയിൽ അപകടം സംഭവിച്ച് മരണപ്പെട്ടതിന് ന„പരിഹാരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് വേ≠ി ടിയാന്റെ ഭാര്യ ശ്രീമതി സിന്ധു, മക്കളായ ദീപക്, സി. എം., ധീരജ്, സി. എം.
എന്നിവർ ഈ ട്രൈബ്യൂണൽ മുമ്പാകെ ECC-126/22 നമ്പരായി അപേക്ഷ ബോധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നിയമത്തിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള നിർവചന പ്രകാരം ശ്രീ. മോഹൻദാസ്, സി. വി.-യുടെ ആശ്രിതരായി ശ്രീമതി സിന്ധു (ഭാര്യ) മാത്രമാണ് ഉ≠ായിരുന്നതെന്ന് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ, ഒന്നാം സർക്കിൾ, തൃശ്ശൂർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്.

ശ്രീ. സുരേഷ്, ശ്രീലക്ഷ്മി ഇല്ലം, അത്തിപ്പൊറ്റ, പഴമ്പാലക്കോട്, ആലത്തൂർ, പാലക്കാട് എന്ന തൊഴിലുടമയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തു വരവെ 16-12-2010-ന് അപകടം സംഭവിച്ച് മരണമടഞ്ഞ തൊഴിലാളി ശ്രീ. ശിവകുമാർ എന്ന ഉണ്ണിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ശ്രീ. സുരേഷ്, ശ്രീലക്ഷ്മി ഇല്ലം, അത്തിപ്പൊറ്റ, പഴമ്പാലക്കോട്, ആലത്തൂർ ` 8,15,400 (എട്ട് ലക്ഷത്തി പതിനഞ്ചായിരത്തി നാനൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ കെട്ടി വച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ട് 1923-2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ മരണസമയത്തെ ആശ്രിതരായി ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ, മൂന്നാം സർക്കിൾ, പാലക്കാട് അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
