Online tender are invited in Two Cover bid system through www.etenders.kerala.gov.in from reputed Manufactureres for the supply of machinery suitable for the construction of filter point well up to a depth of 40 feet in coastal terrain and for developing tubewell/borewell up to a depth of 100 m. One percentage or (minimum of `1,500) of the total cost should be remitted as Earnest Money Deposit. The tender in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement worth ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) in Kerala Stamp Paper. Otherwise the tender will not be considered.
The validity period of price quoted should remain for a minimum of three months from the date of opening of tenders. If this condition violates, the tender will be rejected. The stamp paper will be forwarded to those parties outside Kerala if required by remitting ` 225 separately by money order.
The tender forms are not transferable. The tender should be in complaince with the revised Store Purchase Manual and related rules. The outer envelope should be marked "TENDER NUMBER, TENDER FOR THE MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS". The signature of the responsible officer should be recorded on the tender form. A preliminary agreement of Rs. 200/- on stamped paper should be submitted along with the tender form. One percent (1%) of the

The tender forms are available in this office on all working days from 10 am to 2 pm. Tenders not complying with the above conditions will be rejected. Those who wish to participate in the tender should pay the tender form fee in person or online. The tender form fee is non-refundable. In order to receive the tender form by post, the tender form fee and registered charges should be sent as a money order.
If the bid is confirmed, a security deposit of 5% of the bid amount shall be paid. The undersigned officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The amount for supply of musical instruments shall be mentioned in the bid.Item wise-piece rate, GST in %, total amount should be specified.
Minimum warranty period for 2 years for all instruments,materials required. All items should be delivered safely to this institution without any transportation charges.
