658 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Thiruvananthapuram District KattakadaTaluk NOTICE No: 108251880 09-01-2026Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that ANIL C S MP 2/101 A GOKULAM ERATTAKALINGU AMMA GARDENS MALAYINKEEZHU P O, Malayinkeezhu Village, Kattakada Taluk of Thiruvananthapuram District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before STATE in respect of the legal heirs of late SHYAMALA DEVI C SYAMALALAYAM PATTOM MANGANOORKONAM LANE PATTOMA P O who expired on 19-09-2025 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late SHYAMALA DEVI C. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant .
PARENTS DECEASED Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Kattakada within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
