G.O.(P)No.11/2026/Co-op. Dated, Thiruvananthapuram,
13 th January , 2026 29th Dhanu, 1201 The Recruitment Rules for the Kerala State Co-operative Consumer's Federation (CONSUMERFED) was notified vide G.O.(P)No.144/2009/Co-op. dated: 19th August, 2009 and thereafter issued amendments to the said Rules vide
2G.O.(P)No.71/2018/Co-op. dated: 18th June, 2018. Now the Government hereby make the following rules further to amend the Recruitment Rules for the Kerala State Co-operative Consumer's Federation Limited, 2008, namely:-
Rules
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Recruitment Rules for the Kerala State Co-operative Consumer's Federation Limited (Amendment) Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of the order.
2. Amendment of the Rules.- (1) In the Recruitment Rules for the Kerala State Co-operative Consumer's Federation, 2008, in rule VI, against Serial No. 1, for the existing entries in (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
a) Deputation of officers from All India Service/Additional Registrar of Co-
operative Societies or Government Servant of equivalent rank/pay or
General Manager of Kerala State Co-operative Bank.
b) In the case of appointment on contract basis Post Graduate Degree in Arts, Commerce, Science or Engineering with MBA (Finance/Banking/Marketing), as major specialization from any university recognized by University of Kerala with experience of not less than 5 years in the post of Chief General Manager/General Manager, Kerala State Co- operative Bank, General Manager of Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank or General Manager or Managing Director of Public Limited Companies in Public Sector.
Preference will be given to those who have Ph.D. Degree in any disciplines
coming under management."
The Recruitment Rule is modified to the above extent.
