In exercise of the powers conferred by 2nd proviso to subsection 7 of section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), the Government of Kerala hereby extend the time limit in publishing the declaration as per sub-section 1 of section 19 to the Notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 11 as per Proceedings No.G3-9697/2021 dated 15th January 2024 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.153 dated 16th January 2024, namely:- This is a digitally signed Gazette. Proceedings No.G3-9697/2021 dated 15th January 2024 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.153 dated 16th January 2024 has been issued in accordance with the provisions of subsection (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for the acquisition of 1.15 Hectares land in Kainakari South, Kainakari North villages of Alappuzha District for the construction of Kainakari Church bridge & its service road.

AND WHEREAS, the District Collector, Alappuzha has reported that as per Section 19(7) of LARR Act, 2013 mentions that the 19(1) Declaration has to be published within 12 months from the date of issuance of 11(1) Notification (preliminary notification) and that the 11(1) Notification issued as per Proceedings No.G3-9697/2021 dated 15th January 2024 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.153 dated 16th January 2024 and extended as per G.O.(P)No.43/2025/RD dated 05th February 2025 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.636 dated 20th February 2025 and G.O.(P) No.261/2025/RD dated 17th July 2025 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.2658 dated 18th July 2025 expires on 15/01/2026 and therefore requested to extend the time limit for publishing the 19(1) Declaration.

NOW THEREFORE, sanction is accorded to extend the time limit in publishing the Declaration for a further period of six months from the date of expiry of the 11(1) notification ie. 15/01/2026 by invoking the provisions contained in 2nd proviso to Section 19(7) of the LARR Act, 2013 acquisition of 1.15 Hectares land in Kainakari South, Kainakari North villages of Alappuzha District for the construction of Kainakari Church bridge & its service road.

Proceedings No.G3-9697/2021 dated 15th January 2024 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.153 dated 16th January 2024, has been issued in accordance with the provisions of subsection (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for the acquisition of 1.15 Hectares land in Kainakari South, Kainakari North villages of Alappuzha District for the construction of Kainakkari Church bridge & its service road. As per Section 19(7) of LARR Act, 2013, the 19(1) Declaration has to be published within 12 months from the date of issuance of 11(1) Notification (preliminary notification) and that the 11(1) Notification issued as per Proceedings No.G3-9697/2021 dated 15th January 2024 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.153 dated 16th January 2024 and extended as per G.O.(P)No.43/2025/RD dated 05th February 2025 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.636 dated 20th February 2025 and G.O.(P) No.261/2025/RD dated 17th July 2025 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No.2658 dated 18th July 2025 expires on 15/01/2026 and hereby extend the time limit for publishing the 19(1) Declaration.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
