FORM OF DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 19 OF THE ACT
No. DCKTM/7286/21-G1 14th January,2026.
WHEREAS, under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013, a notification No. DCKTM/7286/21-G1 dated 15-01-2024 were issued by the District Collector, Kottayam and the same has been published in Kerala Government Extra Ordinary Gazette No. 269 dated 22-01-2024 respect of the land specified in the schedule below ,
2AND WHEREAS, the appropriate Government is satisfied after considering the report made by the Collector under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013, that the land specified in the schedule below has to be acquired for a public purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, the appropriate Government hereby declares under Section 19 of the Act, that the land specified in the Schedule below and measuring 0.0387 hectares to be the same, a little more or less, is needed for a public purpose, to wit for the construction of Kattikkunnu Thuruthel Bridge and direct the Special Tahsildar, LA (General) Pala to take orders for the acquisition of the land.
A Plan of the land is kept in the office of the Special Tahsildar, LA General, Pala and may be inspected at any time during office hours.
