Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) Government considers it necessary to appoint Shri B.G.Harindranath, Advocate, Roll No.K/378/84, KN 36 Pournami, 3rd Cross road, Keerthi Nagar, Elamakkara, Cochin - 682826, who is having the requisite qualification, as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crl.A No. 375/2022, Victim Appeal No.7/2022 in the High Court of Kerala on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
