33277 Revenue Department 04th August 2026 ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Wayanad District SulthanbetheriTaluk NOTICE No: 111058594 29-07-2026Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that SAJI THOMAS, MECHIRAGATH, KUMBALERY, KUMBALERY POST, 673591,, Ambalavayal Village, Sulthan Bathery Taluk of Wayanad District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before various in respect of the legal heirs of late SABU THOMAS, MECHIRAGATH, KUMBALERY, KUMBALERY POST, 673591, who expired on 11-08-2016 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late SABU THOMAS. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahsildar , Sulthan Bathery within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
