NOTIFICATION No. DCKTM/5555/2025-R1/K.Dis. 28th July, 2026 WHEREAS, it is expedient to publish a notification showing revised fair value of land required under the Kerala Stamp Act 1959, read with the subrule (8) of rule 5 of the Kerala Stamp (Fixation of Fair Value of land) Rules, 1995, the fair value of the land in Block No.11, Resurvey No.123/28 & 123/29 of Madappally Village in Changanassery Taluk of Kottayam District is hereby fixed finally as shown in the Schedule here to:
