WHEREAS, the Government have notified the panel of Advocates recommended by the District Magistrate, Wayanad in Schedule-I and the panel of Public Prosecutors/Exclusive Special Public Prosecutors prepared in consultation with the Director General of Prosecution in Schedule-II, forThis is a digitally signed Gazette. 2 conducting cases in the Special Courts in Wayanad District constituted under the Scheduled Castes and

the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Central Act 33 of 1989), as per notifications issued under G.O. (Rt.) No. 845/2026/Home dated 6th March , 2026 , and published as S.R.O.No. 318/2026 in the Kerala Gazette Extra Ordinary No. 997 dated 6th March , 2026.

AND WHEREAS, the Government have decided to rescind the above notification and to notify a new panel of Advocates and panel of Public Prosecutors/ Exclusive Special Public Prosecutors, for conducting cases in the Special Courts in Wayanad District constituted under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Central Act 33 of 1989),

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred under sub-rules (1), (1A) and (1B) of rule 4 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995, the Government have decided to rescind the notification issued under G.O. (Rt) No. 845/2026/Home dated 6th March , 2026 , and published as S.R.O.No. 318/2026 in the Kerala Gazette Extra Ordinary No. 997 dated 6th March , 2026 , and to notify the new panel of Advocates and panel of Public Prosecutors/Exclusive Special Public Prosecutors for conducting cases in the Special Courts in Wayanad District constituted under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Central Act 33 of 1989).
