WHEREAS, the Government have appointed Shri K.P.Jabbar, Advocate, Kaithavana, Mukundapuram P.O., Chavara, Kollam District, as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime No. 711/2016 of Paravur Police Station (Crime No. 66/CB/KLM/2016 of Crime
2Branch, Kollam), as per G.O.(Rt.) No. 3560/2024/Home dated 28th November, 2024 and published as S.R.O. No.1108/2024 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3826 dated 29th November, 2024;
AND WHEREAS, the Government have decided to terminate the service of Shri K.P.Jabbar, Advocate, and to appoint Shri G.Subhadevan, Advocate, Roll No.K/43/1989 as Special Public Prosecutor in the said case;
NOW THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023) read with sub-rules (2), (3) and (4) of rule 11 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978, and in supersession of the notification issued under G.O.(Rt.) No. 3560/2024/Home dated 28th November, 2024 and published as S.R.O. No.1108/2024 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3826 dated 29th November 2024, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Shri G.Subhadevan, Advocate, Roll No.K/43/1989, "Sathya", FFRA - 73, Mundakkal East, Kollam - 691001, as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime No. 711/2016 of Paravur Police Station (Crime No. 66/CB/KLM/2016 of Crime Branch, Kollam), Kollam District on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) Government considers it necessary to terminate the service of Shri K.P.Jabbar, Advocate, Kaithavana, Mukundapuram P.O., Chavara, Kollam District as Special Public Prosecutor in Crime No.711/2016 of Paravur Police Station (Crime No. 66/CB/KLM/2016 of Crime Branch, Kollam), Kollam district and to appoint Shri G.Subhadevan Advocate, Roll No.K/43/1989, "Sathya", FFRA - 73 Mundakkal East, Kollam - 691001, who is having the requisite qualification, as Special Public
3Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in the said case on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
