കേരള വനം വകുപ്പിലെ നെന്മാറ ഡിവിഷനിൽ താഴെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്ക് പരി ചയസമ്പന്നരായ നിശ്ചിതയോഗ്യതയുള്ള അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും നെന്മാറ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർ ഓൺലൈൻ ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും ദർഘാസ് ഷെഡ്യൂ ളുകളും www.etenders.kerala.gov.in എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ്. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യം ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണവില എന്നിവ State Bank of India ഇന്റർനെറ്റ് ഓൺലൈൻ ബാങ്കിംഗ് വഴിയോ, മറ്റ് ബാങ്കുകളിൽ NEFT വഴിയോ ഓൺലൈനിൽ ട­െറിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്ക­േതാണ്.

എല്ലാ ട­െർ പ്രമാണങ്ങളും www.etenders.kerala.gov.in എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ കാണി ച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഓൺലൈൻ കവറുകളിൽ ഓൺലൈനായി മാത്രം സമർപ്പിക്ക­േതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ www.etenders.kerala.gov.in വെബ് സൈറ്റിലൂടെ ഓൺലൈനായി മാത്രമെ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗമോ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കൂടാതെ താമസിച്ചു സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ട­െറുകളുടെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഇ-ട­െർ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില, പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന അടങ്കൽ തുക എന്നിവ താഴെപറയും പ്രകാരമാണ്. ടി വിവരങ്ങൾ ഏകദേശം മാത്രമാണ്. യഥാർ° തുകയും വിവരങ്ങളും ഓൺലൈനിൽ ലഭ്യമായിരിക്കും.

1. Certi fi cate duly attested by the PWD Kerala, EMD exemption certificate (if any), preliminary agreement executed in a white paper worth, duly filled up to proforma for availing e-payment by Online, failing which such tenders will be rejected.

2. The bidding authority reserves the right to modify / cancel any / all bids without assigning any reason. The Forest Department will not be responsible for any error like missing of scheduled data, while downloading by the bidder and non receipt of documents.

3. Any further clarifications on this tender can be obtained from NIC/KITM the e-Tender help desk number available in the www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website and from this office (04923 243179) during the office hours. The details regarding e- payment (bidder's bank account number where he/she is having core banking facility and email ID) should be submitted along with the tender. കേരള വനം വകുപ്പിലെ നെന്മാറ ഡിവിഷനിൽ താഴെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തി കൾക്ക് പരിചയസമ്പന്നരായ നിശ്ചിതയോഗ്യതയുള്ള അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും നെന്മാറ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർ ഓൺലൈൻ ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും ദർഘാസ് ഷെഡ്യൂളുകളും www.etenders.kerala.gov.in എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ്. ദർഘാ സിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യം ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണവില എന്നിവ State Bank of India ഇന്റർനെറ്റ് ഓൺലൈൻ ബാങ്കിംഗ് വഴിയോ, മറ്റ് ബാങ്കുകളിൽ NEFT വഴിയോ ഓൺലൈനിൽ ട­െറിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്ക­േതാണ്.

എല്ലാ ട­െർ പ്രമാണങ്ങളും www.etenders.kerala.gov.in എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ കാണി ച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഓൺലൈൻ കവറുകളിൽ ഓൺലൈനായി മാത്രം സമർപ്പിക്ക­േതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ www.etenders.kerala.gov.in വെബ് സൈറ്റിലൂടെ ഓൺലൈനായി മാത്രമെ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗമോ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കൂടാതെ താമസിച്ചു സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ട­െറുകളുടെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഇ-ട­െർ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില, പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന അടങ്കൽ തുക എന്നിവ താഴെപറയും പ്രകാരമാണ്. ടി വിവരങ്ങൾ ഏകദേശം മാത്രമാണ്. യഥാർ° തുകയും വിവരങ്ങളും ഓൺലൈനിൽ ലഭ്യമായിരിക്കും.

ഓൺലൈൻ ട­െറിനോടൊപ്പം ഒപ്പിട്ട പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി, സ്കാൻ ചെയ്ത മറ്റു രേഖകളുടെ പകർപ്പ്, PWD സൂപ­്ര് എഞ്ചിനീയർ / എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചീനീയർ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ രജി സ്ട്രേഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, പാൻ കാർഡ്, ആധാർ കാർഡ്, ജി. എസ്. ടി രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, ഇ -പേയ്മെന്റ് ഫോം, ബിഡ് ഡോക്യുമെന്റ്, BoQ, EMD ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (ഉ­െ ങ്കിൽ) മുതലായവ ഓൺലൈനായി സമർപ്പിക്ക­േതാണ്. ഇപ്രകാരം സമർപ്പിക്കാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്. ഇ-ട­െറുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട മറ്റു വിവരങ്ങൾ NIC/KITM നിന്നോ www.etenders.kerala.gov.in എന്ന വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ഹെൽപ് ഡെസ്കിൽ നിന്നോ, ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നോ, റെയ്ഞ്ച് ഓഫീസുകളിൽ നിന്നോ ഓഫീസ് സമയങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇ-പേയ്മെന്റിന് ആവശ്യമായ വിവരങ്ങൾ (കരാറുകാരൻ ഇടപാടു നടത്തുന്ന കോർ ബാങ്കിംങ്ങ് സൗകര്യമുള്ള ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗ­ിന്റെ വിശദവിവരങ്ങളും ഇ-മെയിൽ അഡ്രസ്സും) ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്ക­േതാണ്. ഇവ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്താത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാ ണ്. ടെക്നിക്കൽ ബിഡും, ഫിനാൻഷ്യൽ ബിഡും അതിനായി പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന അതാതു കവറുക ളിൽ മാത്രം സമർപ്പിക്ക­േതാണ്. കരാറുകാർ വിവരങ്ങൾ അപ്ലോഡു ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും മറ്റും ഉ­ാ കുന്ന അസൗകര്യങ്ങൾക്കും നഷ്ടത്തിനും ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റ് ഉത്തരവാദി ആയിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ട­െർ തുറക്കുന്ന തിയ്യതി ഒരു പൊതു അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയോ, സാങ്കേതികമായ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കാരണങ്ങളാലോ ട­െർ തുറക്കാതെ വന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം ട­െർ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. കരാറുകാരോ അവ രുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളോ സന്നിഹിതരല്ലെങ്കിലും ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസർ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതാ ണ.് ഇ-ദർഘാസിലെ ഏതൊരു പ്രവർത്തിയും മുന്നറിയിപ്പു കൂടാതെ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന അധികാരിയിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാകുന്നു.ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധമായ കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്തു വകുപ്പിലും വനംവകുപ്പിലും നിലവിലുളള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും. Bidders shall remit the tender documents fee and Earnest Money Deposit using online payment option of e-procurement sy st e m only and submitted through the internet online banking of State Bank of India o r t h r o u g h N E F T f o r o t h e r banks. The o n l i n e N E F T remittance from provided by e-procurement system for making a NEFT transaction is not a payment confirmation. Kerala Forest Department/NIC/SBT shall not be responsible for any kind of delay in payment status confirmation.

1. Certi fi cate duly attested by the PWD Kerala, EMD exemption certificate (if any), preliminary agreement executed in a white paper worth, duly filled up to proforma for availing e-payment by Online, failing which such tenders will be rejected. 2. The bidding authority reserves the right to modify / cancel any / all bids without assigning any reason. The Forest Department will not be responsible for any error like missing of scheduled data, while downloading by the bidder and non receipt of documents.

3. Any further clarifications on this tender can be obtained from NIC/KITM the e-Tender help desk number available in the www.etenders.kerala.gov.in website and from this office (04923 243179) during the office hours. The details regarding e- payment (bidder's bank account number where he/she is having core banking facility and email ID) should be submitted along with the tender. Tenders without these details will not be accepted. Technical bid and financial bid shall be submitted in their respective designated online covers.

4. The Forest department will not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss to the bidder while uploading/downloading the bid.

5. The t e n d e r /bids s h a l l b e opened online at the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nemmara in the presence of bidders/their representatives who wish to attend the above address. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non- working day due to any other valid reasons, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day.
