തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടിയുടെ കീഴിൽ ആര്യനാട് പ്രവർത്തിച്ചുവരുന്ന പകൽവീട്ടിലേക്ക് കിലോമീറ്റർ നിരക്കിൽ ഒരു വർഷത്തേക്ക് കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വ≠ി വാടകയ്ക്കെടുക്കുന്നതിലേക്കായി സ്വകാര്യ വാഹന ഉടമകളിൽനിന്ന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. വാഹനത്തിന്റെ വിശദ വിവരം താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
1. 8 മുതൽ 12 പേർക്ക് ഇരിക്കാവുന്നതായിരിക്കണം.
2. നല്ല റണ്ണിംഗ് ക≠ീഷനിൽ ഉള്ളതായിരിക്കണം.
3. പരമാവധി 2100 കിലോമീറ്റർ മാസംതോറും ഓടേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ടെൻഡർ നമ്പർ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി 'ജില്ലാ നോഡൽ ഓഫീസർ, മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടി, തിരുവനന്തപുരം' എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 29-8-2026 (ശനി) വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 31-8-2026 (തിങ്കൾ) വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 24-8-2026 (തിങ്കൾ) വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെയാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ വില 'ജില്ലാ മാനസികാരോഗ്യ പരിപാടി ഓഫീസ്, മാനസികാരോഗ്യകേന്ദ്രം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം'-ൽ നിന്ന് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ച് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് (രാവിലെ 11 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ).

Sealed tenders are invited from Vehicle Owners (Private) for the hiring of vehicle for one year on contract on per kilometre charge basis for "Pakalveedu" at Aryanad by District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram. The specifications of the vehicle is as given below.
1. 8-12 seater.
2. Good running condition.
3. 2100 kms travelling per month.
Probable Amount of Contract—` 4,98,000.
Earnest Money Deposit—1%.
Cost of tender form (Above ` 1,00,000 up to ` 10,00,000):
Original—` 1,000 + VAT (13.5%).
Duplicate—` 600 + VAT (13.5%).
Last date and time of sale of tender—24-8-2026 (Monday), 3 p. m.
Last date and time of receipts of tender—29-8-2026 (Saturday), 3 p. m.
Date and time of opening of tender—31-8-2026 (Monday), 3 p. m.
Tender forms will be obtained from the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) on payment of cash during 11 a. m. to 3 p. m. at DMHP Office.
Tender No. and date should be superscribed on such envelope and addressed to the District Nodal Officer, Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Cost of tender form will not be returned under any circumstances. Tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Nodal Officer, District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram", which should not be less than one percent of the price quoted. The undersigned has the right to reject any offer without assigning reason thereof.
Special terms and conditions of the tenders shall be obtained with the tender form on working days. Postal Orders, Postal Stamps, Bank Drafts, Banker's Cheques will not be accepted towards the cost of tenders.
