NOTIFICATION
No. DCKTM/2955/2026-R1/K.Dis. 31st August, 2026 WHEREAS, it is expedient to publish a notification showing revised fair value of land required under the Kerala Stamp Act 1959, read with the subrule (8) of rule 5 of the Kerala Stamp (Fixation of Fair Value of land) Rules, 1995, the fair value of the land in Block No.23, Resurvey No.236/2 of Kangazha Village in Changanassery Taluk of Kottayam District is hereby fixed finally as shown in the Schedule here to:
