3Notification under Section 13 of Kerala Survey and Boundaries, Act 1961
ADWYND/325/2026-D1 5th September 2026.
1. It is hereby notified under Section 13 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961 (Act 37 of 1961) that the Digital Survey in the following areas of the Thrissilery village in the Mananthavady Taluk of Wayanad district has been completed.
2. These survey records shall serve as indisputable evidence that the boundaries therein determined and recorded have been accurately and correctly established unless amended under the provisions of Sections 13A and 14 of the said Act.
