2025-ലെ കേരള സംഘങ്ങൾ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ആക്റ്റിന്റെ (2025-ലെ 14) 9-ാാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം നൽകപ്പെട്ട അധികാരങ്ങൾ വിനിയോഗിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് , കേരള സർക്കാർ, ആക്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രാരംഭ
2തീയതിയിൽ യഥാസമയം റിട്ടേൺ ഫയൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ഏതെങ്കിലും സംഘം, അത്തരം റിട്ടേൺ 2027 ഡിസംബർ 31-നോ അതിനു മുമ്പോ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ വിനിർദേശിക്കുന്നു.

(ഇത് വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാകുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ അതിന്റെ പൊതുഉദ്ദേശ്യം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ്.)
2025-ലെ കേരള സംഘങ്ങൾ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ആക്റ്റിലെ (2025-ലെ 14) 9-ാാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ആക്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രാരംഭ തീയതിയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും സംഘം യഥാസമയം റിട്ടേൺ ഫയൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലാത്ത സംഗതിയിൽ റിട്ടേൺ ഫയൽ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള കാലാവധി സർക്കാരിന് വിനിർദേശിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അതിനാൽ, അത്തരം റിട്ടേൺ 2027 ഡിസംബർ 31-നോ അതിനു മുമ്പോ ഫയൽ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണെന്ന് സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ലക്ഷ്യം നിറവേറ്റുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ളതാണ് ഈ വിജ്ഞാപനം.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Kerala Societies Registration Act, 2025 (14 of 2025), the Government of Kerala hereby specifies that any society which has not filed its return in time, on the date of commencement of the Act shall file such return on or before 31 st December, 2027.

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) As per section 9 of the Kerala Societies Registration Act, 2025 (14 of 2025), the Government may specify the period in which return is to be filed, in case any society which has not filed return in time, on the date of commencement of the Act. Hence, the Government have decided that such return shall be filed on or before 31st December, 2027.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
