In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3(1) of The Kerala Forests (Vesting & Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act 2003 , it is hereby notified that the error crept in the survey number , extent and boundaries detailed in the Notification No.C6-21437/2000 dated 21/04/2001 and published in Kerala Gazette No.20, Vol.46, dated 15/05/2001, Sl.No.92 are corrected as shown in the schedule below.

An extent of 20.8 Ha. land in Survey No. 176/2 A2A3A2A2 of Peria Village, Mananthavady Taluk under North Wayanad Division was notified as EFL under section 3(1) of the Kerala Forests (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Land) Act 2003 as per Notification No.C6-21437/2000 dated 21/04/2001 and published in Kerala Gazette No.20, Vol.46, dated 15/05/2001, Sl.No.92. In the original notification the survey number , extent and boundaries were shown erroneously where the correct details in respect of the land notified as Ecologically Fragile Land are shown in the revised schedule above.

This erratum notification is published with the intention to achieve the above objectives.

Dated 31.08.2026 Separate online tenders are invited from eligible registered contractors for Forestry works mentioned in the schedule below. The tenderer is bound to comply with the terms and conditions in force, besides the conditions that will be framed by the Government in future in connection with this tender. The Forest Department will not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss to the Bidder while uploading/ downloading the bid.

The successful tenderer should execute an agreement in the prescribed format in a stamp paper worth Rs.200/-. Post offers as per the existing rules shall also be entertained. If the notified date of tender happens to be a holiday, the tender will be conducted on the very next working day at same place and time. Under signed reserves all rights for cancelling any work at any time without further intimation.

ടി ഇ- ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ അവരുടെ സ്ഥിരമായ മേൽവിലാസവും കൈയ്യൊപ്പും സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററ് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസറിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി ഇ-ലേലത്തിന് നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവെയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം ഓൺലൈനായി ഹാജരാക്ക­േതാണ്.

നിയമാനുസൃത തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡോ, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറേറാ ഇല്ലാത്തവരുടെ ഇ-ലേല പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

O2 – 3829/22 Dated : 03/09/2026 The following condemned/confiscated vehicles will be offered for sale by e-auction at Palakkad Division. The e-auction will be conducted by MSTC Ltd. Those who are registered for auction with MSTC Company only can have the right to participate in e-auction. EMD remitted date and time : Date 13.09.2026 at 01.30 pm to 14.09.2026 till 10.30 am

The sale will be subjected to the conditions notified page No. 815 of 49th Gazette dated 16.12.2013 published by Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide letter No. Pro (5) 26274/2012 dated 22.11.2013. The existing rules and sale conditions are also applicable to this e-auction.

The Divisional Forest Officer, Palakkad reserves all the right to include or exclude any vehicles shown in the schedule above for sale. Those who wish to participate in the e-auction may register with MSTC Ltd. The buyer registration number has to be mentioned while paying the EMD. If the sale value of vehicles is not paid within the specified time period against any of the bid vehicle by the Highest, bidder, the EMD will be forfeited.

The successful bidder shall pay 50% of the bid value after adjusting the EMD already remitted, paid within 7 working days of issuance of acceptance letter. The mode of payment is through e-treasury of Government of Kerala or by cash in District Treasury, Palakkad. The successful bidder shall be paid the GST with in time.

The Forest department will not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss to the bidder while uploading /downloading the bid.

The bidders who wish to participate in the e-auction should produce a certificate showing the permanent address and signature of the bidders duly attested by the concerned Village Officer, or any other approved identity document along with the EMD through online. Those who do not produce any approved identity card or certificate will not be eligible to participate in the e-auction.

Intending persons may ensure the quality of the above vehicles put up for e-auction before the commencement of the same and no complaints will be entertained after e-auction. Any further notification to the sale conditions that may be issued by the Government after the issuance of this notification will also be applicable to this tender cum auction. The unsold vehicles will be sold on the next auction date shown in the schedule. The vehicles involved in the finalize cases if any will also be included for e-auction. Separate notification will not be published for the same.

If any modification or change in the sale condition are intimated by the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram that will also be applicable to this E-Auction. The undersigned reserves the right to alter the number of vehicles mentioned above schedule or to cancel the e-auction of any vehicle without further notice
