के न्द्र-शासति प्रदेश लद्दाख प्रशानि ADMINISTRATION OF UNION TERRITORY OF LADAKHNOTIFICATION Ladakh, the 05th day of January, 2022 S.O. 02 .― In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984), as amended from time to time, the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, in consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, hereby appoints the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Leh and Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil as Judges of the Family Court, Leh, and Family Court, Kargil, respectively, for the purpose of the said Act.
