S.O.-26 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 33-F of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, read with the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh hereby appoint the following persons as Government Analysts, for the whole of Union territory of Ladakh, in respect of Ayurvedic, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy Drugs, for the purpose of the said Act, namely,─(i) Dr.G.V.R.Joseph, I/C Joint Director, Pharmacopeia Commission for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh; and LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 (ii) Smt. Devika Pant, Research Officer (Training) for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh By order of the Lieutenant Governor.
