S.O.24 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, read with Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby appoint the following persons as Government Analysts, for the whole of Union territory of Ladakh, in respect of Drugs and Cosmetics, for the purpose of the said Act, namely, ─(i) Sh Hariharan, Central Drug Laboratory (CDL) Kolkata; (ii) Dr.Saroj Kumar Gosh, Central Drug Laboratory (CDL) Kolkata; LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 (iii) Dr.NanditaSaha, Central Drug Laboratory (CDL) Kolkata; (iv) Dr.Anjan Pal, Central Drug Laboratory (CDL) Kolkata; (v) Dr.Rakesh Kumar Rishi, Central Drug Laboratory (CDL) Kolkata (vi) Dr.ArindhamBasu, Central Drug Laboratory (CDL) Kolkata; (vii) Dr.Dilip Kumar Panda, Central Drug Laboratory (CDL) Kolkata; and (viii) Smt. SuparnaMaitra, Central Drug Laboratory (CDL) Kolkata.
