Notification Ladakh, the 17th of February,2022 S.O. 21.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Ladakh, hereby notifies the District Court, Leh and the District Court, Kargil, as the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, Leh and Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, Kargil, within their LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2

respective jurisdiction, to hear appeals from the decisions of the Adjudicating Officer under section 68 of the said Act.
