S.O. 22. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 70 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), read with rule 3.2.1 of Food Safety and Standards Rules, 2011, the Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Ladakh, hereby appoints the Principal District & Session Judge, Leh and Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kargil, as LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2

the Presiding Officer of the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, Leh and Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, Kargil, respectively, for the purpose of the said Act.
