Ladakh, the 07th of March, 2022

S.O. 32 . ― In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Commissioner of Food Safety, Union Territory of Ladakh, hereby empowers the Designated Officers, Food Safety to exercise the powers under section 69 of the said Act.

By order of Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, Union Territory of Ladakh.

1. Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Leh/Kargil. 2. Director Regulatory Compliance Division, FSSAI 3. Director Norther Region, FSSAI. 4. Superintendent Archives Archaeology & Museums, Ladakh 5. OSD to Hon'ble Lieutenant Governorfor kind information. 6. OSD to Advisorto the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, Union Territory of Ladakh for kind information.
