Email: [email protected] Ladakh, the 17th day of March, 2022 S.O. 34 .― In exercise of powers conferred by section 25 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) the Lieutenant Governor, Union territory of Ladakh, hereby appoints the following Advocates as Assistant Public Prosecutors in the Magistrate Courts of Leh and Kargil, Union territory of Ladakh, shown against each as under for a period of two years or till further orders whichever is earlier, namely,―

The appointment of the Assistant Public Prosecutors shall be governed by the terms and conditions of Order No: 14- LA (LD) of 2021 dated 13-09-2021.

District Informatics Officer, NIC, Leh for uploading the Order on the Union territory website. 8. OSD to Hon'ble lieutenant Governor of UT of Ladakh. 9. OSD to Advisor to the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, Ladakh. 10. Sh. Rajinder Singh, OSD to Secretary, Law & Justice for publication of the Order in the Official Gazette of Union territory Ladakh.

11. Concerned Assistant Public Prosecutors. 12. Concerned order file.
