Leh, the 8th April, 2022
S.O. - 43 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 30 of Pharmacy Act, 1948 (Act No.8 of 1948), the Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Ladakh, hereby constitutes a State Tribunal to be called as "Ladakh Pharmacy Registration Tribunal" which shall come into force after publication in the Official Gazette of the Union territory of Ladakh.
LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2The Ladakh Pharmacy Registration Tribunal shall be a body consisting of following members, namely, ─
| 1. | Director Health Services, Union territory of Ladakh; | Member |
| 2. | Controlling Authority, Drugs and Food Control Organization, Union territory of Ladakh; | Registrar cum Secretary |
| 3. | Drugs Control Officer, District Leh; and | Member |
| 4. | Drugs Control Officer district Kargil. | Member |
The functions, duties and responsibilities of the Ladakh Registration Tribunal shall be as per the procedure prescribed in Pharmacy Act, 1948 (Act No. 8 of 1948).
