S.O. 50.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) & (3) of section 42 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (35 of 2019), the UT Administration hereby establish State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (in short 'State Commission'), in respect of the UT of Ladakh as indicated below :-
