Ladakh, the 18thof July, 2022.

S.O. 84:-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (23 of 2010), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Administrator of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby notifies District Registering Authority, Union territory of Ladakh, for registration of clinical establishments in the Union territory of Ladakh,consisting of the following:

1. Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC Leh/Kargil - Chairperson 2. Chief Medical Officer Leh/Kargil - Member 3. Senior Superintendent of Police Leh/Kargil - Member 4. Senior Level Officer of the Local Self Government - Member LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 at District Level to be nominated by the Deputy Commissioner of the Concerned District. 5. Senior Medical Officer, SNM Hospital Leh - Member

and District Hospital Kargil
