Ladakh,the 18thof July, 2022

S.O. 83:-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-s section 1 of section 8 of the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (23 of 2010), and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the Administrator of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby constitutes , Union territory of Ladakh Council for Clinical Establishments in Union territory of Ladakh, as follows:

1. Principal Secretary, Health & Medical Education (ex-officio) - Chairman 2. Director Health Services, Ladakh(ex- officio) -MemberSecretary 3. Director Ayush, Ladakh - Member LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 4. Registrar, Pharmacy Council, Ladakh - Member 5. Senior Medical Laboratory Technician, SNM Hospital Leh - Member and District Hospital Kargil

The Union territory of Ladakh Council for Clinical Establishmentsshall perform the functions as specified under sub-section 5 of section 8 of the saidAct. The nominated members and elected members of the council shall hold the office for a term of three years.
