Now, therefore, in pursuance of Rule 12 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils (Election) Rules, 1995, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh hereby fix the following dates/time for purpose of the said rules: -

i. Date from which nominations can be made :19-08-2022

ii. Last date for making nominations :26-08-2022

iii. Date for scrutiny of nominations :27-08-2022

iv. Last date for the withdrawal of nominations :29-08-2022

v. Date on which poll shall, if necessary, be taken :13-09-2022

vi. Date of counting; and :17-09-2022

vii. Date before which the Election shall be completed :24-09-2022

The polling hours shall be between 08.00 A.M to 04.00 P.MBy Order of the Lieutenant Governor. (Padma Angmo) IIS Commissioner/Secretary Election Department Copy to the: 1. Joint Secretary, (JK&L) Ministry of Home Affairs, GOI. 2. All the Administrative Secretaries, UT Ladakh. 3. Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), UT Ladakh. 4. Divisional Commissioner, Ladakh. 5. Deputy Commissioner (Election Authority), Leh. 6. Deputy District Election Officer Leh for information and publishing of the notification in the Ladakh e-Gazette. 7. OSD to Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, Ladakh for information of H'LG. 8. Deputy Resident Commissioner, Ladakh, New Delhi. 9. Private Secretary to Advisor to the H'LG for information of the Advisor. 10. Private Secretary to the Chairman/Chief Executive Councilor LAHDC Leh for information of the H'CEC. 11. District Informatics Officer, NIC, Ladakh for uploading on the UT Website. 12. Assistant Director Information, Leh for necessary action 13. Superintendent Archives, Archaeology and Museum Leh. 14. Office/Order File.
