S.O.95: - Whereas, a vacancy has accrued due to death of the former Councilor, who was elected from 22- Timisgam Constituency, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh. Whereas, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh has decided to conduct Bye-Election to the 22-Timisgam Constituency, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh to elect a new Councilor in accordance with the provisions of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Act, 1997. LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2

Now, therefore, in pursuance of Rule 11 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils (Election) Rules, 1995, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh hereby call upon the 22-Timisgam Constituency, notified vide notification SRO 135 dated: 31-05-1995, to elect the member for constituting the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh in accordance with the provisions of the Act and rules and orders made thereunder.
