Leh, the 18th August, 2022 S.O. 94- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 18 of The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996, the Administration of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby constitutes "Ladakh Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board", in respect of the Union territory of Ladakh with the following composition :-
