लद्दाख, 18 मई, 2023

का.आ. 30 -गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा दिनांक 19.12.1957 को जारी एसआरओ 2 के साथ पठित युद्धाभ्यास, फील्ड फायरिं ग और तोपखाने अभ्यास अधिनियम, 1938 की धारा 9 की उप धारा (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार, संघ राज्य प्रशासन लद्दाख एतद्द् वारा मातयेन खारू, कारगिल में स्थित 5,69,911 कनाल और 17 मर्ला के क्षेत्र को 18.05.2023 से प्रभाव के साथ दस साल की अवधि के लिए समय-समय पर फील्ड फायरिं ग और आर्टिलरी अभ्यास करने के लिए एक क्षेत्र के रूप में परिभाषित करता है।

भूमि का स्थान / नक्शा शजरा खसरा में अनुलग्नक "ए" के रूप में दिया गया है और प्रस्तावित सीमा के बिंदु और ग्रिड संदर्भ

अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में तोपखाना अभ्यास करने का प्राधिकार आगे निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन होगा:-

(i)।फील्ड फायरिं ग रें ज के अंतर्गत आने वाली भूमि को ग्रामीणों द्वारा वास्तविक चराई उद्देश्यों के लिए उपयोग करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। हालांकि, महीनों और तारीखों के अनुसार सेना द्वारा दी जाने वाली गोलीबारी की निर्धारित अवधि के दौरान, चरवाहों और पशुओं की सुरक्षा के लिए चराई की अनुमति नही ं दी जाएगी।

(ii). बोटोकु ल तक पर्यटकों की आवाजाही: यूटी प्रशासन, लद्दाख के आदेशानुसार, यह क्षेत्र के वल बोटोकु ल तक

पर्यटकों/नागरिक आबादी के लिए खोला जाएगा।

Ladakh, the 18th May 2023

S.O. 30 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) & (2) of section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938, read with SRO 2 dated 19.12.1957, issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Administration of UT Ladakh hereby defines an area measuring 5,69,911 Kanals and 17 Marlas situated at village Matayen Kharu, District Kargil as an area for carrying out periodical Field Firing and Artillery Practice for a period of ten years with effect from 18.05.2023.

The location/map of the land is given in Shajra Khasra as Annexure "A" and the points and Grid reference of the proposed range are as under:-

The authorization to carry out Artillery practice in the notified area shall further be subject to the following conditions:-

(i). That land falling under the Field Firing Range shall be allowed to be used by villagers for bonafide grazing purposes. However, during the scheduled firing period to be given by the Army in terms of months and dates, no grazing should be permitted for physical safety of the graziers and the livestock.

(ii). Movement of tourists till Botokul : As ordered by the UT Administration, Ladakh, the area shall be opened to tourists/civil populace up to Botokul only.
