का. आ.: - 36 लद्दाख स्वायत्त पहाड़ी विकास पररषद (चुनाव) नियम1995 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तयिों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संघ राज्य प्रशासन लद्दाख एतदद्वारा उपायुि, कारगिल को जिला कारगिल में एलएएचडीसी चुनाव कराने के लिए उ िनियमों के प्रयोजन के लिए चुनाव प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियु िकरता है।

(येतीन्द्र एम. मराल्कर),आईएएस LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 Election Department UT SECRETARIAT, LADAKH Email: [email protected] Notification Ladakh, the 2nd of June 2023 S.O: - 36 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils (Election) Rules, 1995, the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh hereby appoints the Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, as the Election Authority for the purpose of the said rules, for conducting of LAHDC Elections in district Kargil.
