(cid:874)वषय: (cid:874)वकलांग (cid:229)यि(cid:200)तय(cid:585) के अ(cid:876)धकार अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम, 2016 के अंतग(cid:91)त भारत सरकार (cid:622)वारा अ(cid:876)धसू(cid:876)चत (cid:874)वकलांग (cid:229)यि(cid:200)तय(cid:585) के (cid:871)लए बाधा मु(cid:200)त (cid:467)न(cid:871)म(cid:91)त पया(cid:91)वरण और अ(cid:219)य सु(cid:874)वधाओं के (cid:871)लए इन (cid:467)नयम(cid:585) का अनुपालन करना होगा।
आदेश सं(cid:180)या:63/S&TW 2023 िदनांक: 02.01.2023LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 (cid:874र्)कलांग (cid:229)यन(cid:200)तय(cid:585) के अ(cid:876)धकार अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम, 2016 क(cid:551) धारा 40 (cid:874र्)कलांग (cid:229)यन(cid:200)तय(cid:585) के अ(cid:876)धकार (cid:467)नयम, 2017 के (cid:467)नयम 15 के सा पा ािता है, ोि यह (cid:467)नधा(cid:91)(cid:464)रत करता है (cid:873)क (cid:292)(cid:215)येक सं(cid:232)ान, र्सा(cid:91)(िcid:467)नक र्भन(cid:585) का (cid:467)नमा(cid:91)ण सामं(िcid:232)यपूण(cid:91) (cid:465)दा (cid:467)नद(cid:566)(cid:585) का पालन करते हुए (cid:873)कया ािएगा और भारत सरकार, हर(cid:547) (cid:874र्)कास मं(cid:287)ालय (cid:622र्)ारा र्रर(cid:547) 2016 म(cid:581) ािर(cid:547) (cid:873)कए गए अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम र्एं इसके बाद के संोधन के अंतग(cid:91)त (cid:874र्)कलांग (cid:229)यन(cid:200)तय(cid:585) और बुुिग(cid:91) (cid:229)यन(cid:200)तय(cid:585) के (cid:871)लए बाधा मु(cid:200)त पया(cid:91र्)रण का (cid:467)नमा(cid:91)ण (cid:873)कया ािएगा।
तदनुसार, (cid:292)ास(cid:467)नक स(cid:876)र्च, नलिा (cid:292)ासन र्एं (cid:874र्)भागा(cid:218)य(cid:162) यह सु(cid:467)नन(cid:230)चत कर(cid:581)गे (cid:873)क उनके (cid:292)ास(cid:467)नक (cid:467)नयं(cid:287)ण म(cid:581) आने र्ाले (cid:874र्)भाग/काया(cid:91)लय सभी नये र्भन(cid:585) के (cid:467)नमा(cid:91)ण (सभी (cid:467)नमा(cid:91)णाधीन र्भन(cid:585) स(cid:465)हत) के (cid:871)लए इन अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम र्एं (cid:467)नयम का पालन कर(cid:581)। LADAKH GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3

Subject: Compliance of Standards of Accessibility for the Barrier Free Built Environment and Other Facilities Laid Down for Persons with Disabilities Notified by the Government of India in Pursuance of the Right of Person with Disabilities Act, 2016.
Order No: 02/S&TW of 2023. Dated:- 02.01.2023.
Section of 40 of 'The Right of Person with Disabilities Act,2016' read with the Rule 15 of 'The Right of Person with Disabilities Rules,2017', prescribes that every establishment shall comply with the standard for public buildings as specified in the 'Harmonised Guidelines and space Standards for Barrier Free Built Environment for Persons with Disabilities and Elderly Persons' issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Urban Development in February 2016 and its subsequent revisions.
Accordingly, the Administrative Secretaries, District Administration and Head of Departments shall ensure that the departments/offices falling under their administrative control comply with accessibility guidelines for all the new buildings (incl those under construction) in accordance with the aforementioned Act and Rule.
