In terms of Fundamental Rule 56 and rule 70(2) of the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 2021, it is hereby notified that, Sh. Mohd Bashir, Assistant Drugs Controller Leh/Kargil is deemed to have been retired from Government Service on attaining the age of superannuation, on the afternoon of dated: 28/02/2023.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
