का.आ.44 ािष्ट्रीय खाद्य ुिक्षिा अर्धनियम, 2013 (2013 का कें रीय अर्धनियम ंिख्या 20) की ािाि 40 की उप- ािाि (1) द्वााि प्रदत्त शक्क्तयों का प्रयोग कतिे हुए, ंिघ ािज्य लद्दाख के उपािज्यपाल, लद्दाख खाद्य ुिक्षिा र्नयम, 2023 में ंिशोनि कनिे के सलएर् नम्नसलखखतर् नयम बनाते हैं, यथा:

1. (i)इनर् नयमों को लद्दाख खाद्य ुिक्षिा (ंिशोनि)र् नयम, 2023 कहा जा किता है।

(ii) येर् नयम आधकिारकि ािजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की ताीिख ेि लागू होंगे।

2. मूलर् नयमों में, र्नयम 3 की उपािाि (1) में खंड II के उप-खंड (डी) को हटा ददया जाएगा।

3. मूलर् नयमों में, र्नयम 3 की उपािाि (1) में खंड II के उपखंड (ई) में र्नम्नसलखखत खंड को प्र्रतस्थावपत ककया जाएगा, अथाति ्:

"ािज्य कििाि, कें र कििाि, ािवर्जिनक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम, बैंकों, र्नगमों, स्वायत्तर् नकायों, बोडों, ेिना, ीिएपीएफ, आदद कीर् नयसमत ेिवा में भिी ािजपत्रत्रत अधकिाीि या मिकक्ष ैिंक, जैाि भी मामला हो।"

Ladakh, the 7th of July of 2023

S.O. 44 In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 40 of the National Food Security Act, 2013 (Central Act No. 20 of 2013), the Lieutenant Governor of Union territory of Ladakh, hereby, makes the following rules to amend the Ladakh Food Security Rules, 2023, namely:

1. (i) These Rules may be called the Ladakh Food Security (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(ii) These rules shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the principal Rules, the sub-clause (d) of clause II in sub-section (1) of rule 3 shall be deleted.

3. In the principal Rules, the sub-clause (e) of Clause II in sub-section (1) of rule 3, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:

"All the Gazetted Officers or equivalent rank in the regular service of State Government, Central

Government, Public Sector Undertaking, banks, Corporations, Autonomous bodies, Boards, Army, CAPF,

etc, as the case may be."
